Abstract

UA : Магістерська робота "Взаємодія медіа із судовими та правоохоронними органами". Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається зі 101 сторінок, містить 72 джерела використаної інформації, зокрема обсяг основного тексту роботи складає 80 сторінок. Мета кваліфікаційної роботи полягає в комплексному аналізі та детальному дослідженні взаємодії журналістів із судовими та правоохоронними органами, а також можливих практичних проблем, що виникають в процесі здійснення таких комунікацій. Для реалізації цієї мети необхідно виконати такі завдання: – проаналізувати теоретичний аспект взаємодії засобів масової інформації з судовими та правоохоронними органами; – дослідити особливості взаємодії ЗМІ із судовими та правоохоронними органами на основі зарубіжного досвіду. – охарактеризувати принципи діяльності та правовий статус журналістів та представників судових та правоохоронних органів; – проаналізувати специфіку взаємодії засобів масової інформації із судовими та правоохоронними органами; – дослідити можливу відповідальність за перешкоджання професійній діяльності журналістів. Право на інформацію та свободу вираження входить до найголовніших прав людини, оскільки є гарантією й основною умовою розвитку демократичного, громадянського суспільства та його прогресу, а також розвитку кожного окремого індивідуума. Об’єкт дослідження- діяльність прес-служб судових та правоохоронних органів, зокрема Департамент комунікації МВС, Головне управління Національної поліції Запорізької області, Місцевих судів, Прокуратури Запорізької області Прес-центру об’єднаних сил. Предмет дослідження - особливості здійснення комунікативних процесів між представниками ЗМІ з судовою владою та правоохоронними органами. У процесі дослідження були використані такі методи: аналіз та синтез (проаналізовано загальну специфіку взаємодії медіа та судових і правоохоронних органів); індукція та дедукція (схарактеризовано основні заходи здійснення взаємодії медіа та судових і правоохоронних органів); історичний метод (для вивчення хронології становлення сучасної моделі комунікації медіа із судовими та правоохоронними органаами). Методологічну та теоретичну основу дослідження становлять праці А. Сліпенко, Г. Величко, М. Лисенко, Т. Метельової, П. Одинцова, Т. Парубченко, П. Шевчука., що вивчали явища та особливості взаємодії журналістів із судовими та правоохоронними Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає в комплексному дослідженні особливостей взаємодії засобів масової інформації із судовими та правоохоронними органами. Зокрема: вперше - здійснено повний кодифікований аналіз законодавчої бази, що регулює діяльність засобів масової інформації та судових і правоохоронних органів; - проведена порівняльна характеристика зарубіжної з вітчизняної моделлю взаємодії масмедіа з судової владою та правоохоронними органами; вдосконалено - уявлення про сучасну необхідність взаємовигідної співпраці ЗМІ з судовими та правоохоронними органами; набули подальшого розвитку - теоретичні підходи до розуміння комунікації судових та правоохоронних органів із засобами масової інформації, як засобу формування громадянського суспільства в країні. Теоретичне і практичне значення одержаних результатів полягає у тому, що вони можуть бути використані у ході вивчення на факультативних курсах із журналістикознавства і медіакомунікацій, у школах з поглибленим вивченням гуманітарних дисциплін, під час написання наукових досліджень студентами факультету журналістики, при подальших наукових і практичних розробках, а також у власній практичній журналістській діяльності.

To achieve this goal it is necessary to perform the following tasks: - to analyze the theoretical aspect of interaction of mass media with judicial and law enforcement bodies; - to study the peculiarities of the interaction of the media with the judiciary and law enforcement agencies on the basis of foreign experience. - describe the principles of activity and legal status of journalists and representatives of judicial and law enforcement agencies; - to analyze the specifics of the interaction of the media with the judiciary and law enforcement agencies; - to investigate possible liability for obstructing the professional activities of journalists. The right to information and freedom of expression are among the most important human rights, as they are a guarantee and a basic condition for the development of a democratic, civil society and its progress, as well as the development of each individual. The object of the study is the activities of the press services of judicial and law enforcement agencies, in particular the Department of Communications of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Main Directorate of the National Police of Zaporizhia region, local courts, the Prosecutor's Office of Zaporizhia region. The subject of the research is the peculiarities of communication processes between media representatives with the judiciary and law enforcement agencies. The following methods were used in the research process: analysis and synthesis (the general specifics of interaction between the media and judicial and law enforcement agencies were analyzed); induction and deduction (the main measures of interaction between the media and judicial and law enforcement agencies are characterized); historical method (to study the chronology of the formation of a modern model of media communication with the judiciary and law enforcement agencies). The methodological and theoretical basis of the study are the works of A. Slipenko, G. Velychko, M. Lysenko, T. Metelova, P. Odintsov, T. Parubchenko, P. Shevchuk, who studied the phenomena and features of the interaction of journalists with the judiciary and law enforcement The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in a comprehensive study of the peculiarities of the interaction of the media with the judiciary and law enforcement agencies. In particular: for the first time - a full codified analysis of the legal framework governing the activities of the media and judicial and law enforcement agencies; - a comparative description of the foreign and domestic model of interaction of the mass media with the judiciary and law enforcement agencies; improved - idea of ​​the modern need for mutually beneficial cooperation of the media with the judiciary and law enforcement agencies; acquired further development - theoretical approaches to understanding the communication of judicial and law enforcement agencies with the media as a means of forming civil society in the country. The theoretical and practical significance of the results is that they can be used in the study of elective courses in journalism and media communications, in schools with in-depth study of the humanities, in writing research by students of the Faculty of Journalism, in further scientific and practical developments. as well as in his own practical journalistic activity.
