Діагностика ефективності організації дозвілля людей похилого віку в геріатричних пансіонатах

Abstract

UA : Мета дослідження: дослідити ефективність організації дозвілля людей похилого віку у геріатричних пансіонатах. Об’єкт дослідження: соціальна робота з людьми похилого віку в межах геріатричних пансіонатів. Предмет дослідження: організація дозвілля людей похилого віку у геріатричних пансіонатах. Методи дослідження: абстрагування, сходження від абстрактного до конкретного, діалектичний, логічний, аналіз, синтез, індукція, дедукція, порівняння, аксіоматичний та гіпотетичний методи, аналіз документів, опис та формалізація. Гіпотеза: ефективність організації дозвілля людей похилого віку в геріатричних пансіонатах обумовлюється рівнем розуміння фахівцями феномену старості як тривалого природнього етапу життя, який сповнений нових можливостей та смислів. Ефективність заходів з дозвілля в геріатричних пансіонатах залежить від правильного визначення потреб похилої людини та її нових прагнень. Висновки: 1. Геріатричний пансіонат це стаціонарна інтернатна установа, де надається тимчасове або постійне проживання громадян похилого віку, ветеранів війни і праці, осіб з інвалідністю, які за станом здоров’я потребують стороннього догляду, побутового і медичного обслуговування. Надаються соціальні послуги догляду, соціальної адаптації, консультування. 2. Головне завдання організації дозвілля в геріатричних пансіонатах це наповнити сірі будні підопічних яскравими емоціями, корисними навичками та активізувати потенціал людини. Усі дозвіллєві заходи варто формувати ґрунтуючись на потребах та побажаннях осіб пенсійного віку.

EN : Research purpose is to study the effectiveness of spare time organization for elder people in geriatric boarding houses. Research object is social work with the elder people within geriatric boarding houses. Research subject is organization of spare time for elder people in geriatric boarding houses. Research methods are abstraction, ascent from the abstract to the concrete, dialectical, logical, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, comparison, axiomatic and hypothetical methods, document analysis, description and formalization. Research hypothesis is that the effectiveness of spare time organization for elder people in geriatric boarding houses is determined by the level of understanding of an old age phenomenon as a long natural stage of life, which is full of new opportunities and meanings. The effectiveness of spare time activities in geriatric boarding houses depends on the correct identification of the elder people’s needs and their new aspirations. Conclusions: 1. Geriatric boarding house is an inpatient boarding school, which provides temporary or permanent accommodation for elder people, war and labor veterans, people with disabilities who need health care, household and medical services. Social services of care, social adaptation and consultancy are provided. 2. The main task of spare time organization in geriatric boarding houses is to fill the gray weekdays of the wards with bright emotions, useful skills and to activate human potential. All spare time activities should be formed according to the needs and wishes of people of retirement age.
