Соціальна робота з активізації економічного потенціалу молоді

Abstract

UA : Мета дослідження: дослідження технологій та методів соціальної роботи із активізації економічного потенціалу молоді в Україні. Об’єкт дослідження: молодь як соціальна категорія населення. Предмет дослідження: технології соціальної роботи із активізації економічного потенціалу молоді. Методи дослідження: аналіз, синтез, індукція, дедукція, порівняльний, історичний, інституціональний, соціально-комунікаційний. Гіпотеза: технології соціальної роботи щодо активізації економічного потенціалу молоді стають запорукою успішного врегулювання економічних проблем в державі у молодіжному секторі. Висновки: 1. Молодь – покоління людей, що проходять стадію соціалізації, засвоюють, а в більш зрілому віці вже засвоїли освітні, професійні, культурні та інші соціальні функції; в залежності від конкретних історичних умов віку. 2. Основні принципи розвитку економічного потенціалу: аксіологічний, змістовний, природній, культурний, гуманізації, оптимізації тощо. 3. Основними технологіями соціальної роботи у активізації економічного розвитку молоді є проведення ряд бесід, тренінгів щодо працевлаштування, здобуття освіти та освіти за кордоном, розвиток самосвідомості громадянина тощо. 4. Для активізації економічного потенціалу молоді стають молодіжні центри. Так, послуги молодіжного бізнес-центру в першу чергу спрямовані на: проведення конкурсних програм для студентської молоді та початківців підприємців; розробку бізнес-планів за допомогою консультанта бізнес-центру; проведення семінарів та тренінгів.

EN : Research purpose is to study technologies and methods of social work on activating economic potential of youth in Ukraine. Research object is the youth as a social category of the population. Research subject is the technologies of social work on activating economic potential of youth. Research methods are analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, comparative, historical, institutional, social and communication. Research hypothesis is that technologies of social work on activating economic potential of youth become the key to successful settlement of economic problems in the state in the youth sector. Conclusions: 1. Youth is the generation of people undergoing the stage of socialization, who are learning, and at a more mature age have already mastered the educational, professional, cultural and other social functions; depending on the specific historical conditions of the age. 2. Basic principles of economic potential development include: axiological, meaningful, natural, cultural, humanization, optimization, etc. 3. The main technologies of social work on activating economic development of youth are a series of interviews, trainings on employment, education including the one abroad, development of the citizen’s self-awareness and so on. 4. Youth centers help to activate the economic potential of youth. Thus, the services of the youth business center are primarily aimed at: conducting competitive programs for student youth and novice entrepreneurs; development of business plans with the help of a business center consultant; conducting seminars and trainings.
