Abstract

EN : The qualifying work consists of introduction, 3 parts, findings, references (102 sources), and 9 addenda on 28 pages. The qualifying work volume is 132 pages long, 94 of them – main text. There are 8 table and 8 illustration. The qualifying work gives theoretical review and describes the experimental research of multicultural environment as a means of social education of schoolchildren. It defines creation of modern models and technologies of social education of education taking into account the European experience and traditions of the organization of educational process in the context of the competence approach. The research object: educational process in the multicultural environment. The research subject: a model of social education of schoolchildren in a multicultural educational environment. The purpose of the study: to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the model of social education of schoolchildren in a multicultural environment. The research tasks are: - to complete a theoretical and methodological analysis of the model of social education of schoolchildren in a multicultural environment; - to clarify the conceptual and categorical apparatus of research; - to define the content and technology of multicultural environment; - to systematize and interprete the obtained results, the experiment. - to formulate usage recommendations for program of the model of social education of schoolchildren in a multicultural environment. The part 1 “Theoretical backgrounds of the multicultural environment as a means of social education of schoolchildren” describes the essence of the notion “social education”, its features as a social phenomenon, factors that course its origin; considers peculiarities of multicultural environment; analyzes foreign and native experience of multicultural environment as a means of social education. The part 2 “Organizational and pedagogical principles of support of social education of schoolchildren in a multicultural educational environment” describes the results indicative, forming and control phases of the research on the process of using of the multicultural environment in social education. The part 3 “The results of experimental work” contains analysis of the results has proved the effectiveness of the developed and implemented program.

Мета дослідження: теоретично обґрунтувати та експериментально перевірити модель соціального виховання школярів у полікультурному середовищі ЗНЗ. Методи дослідження: теоретичний аналіз джерел, проектування, спостереження, інтерв’ювання, опитування, анкетування, методи описової статистики. Теоретичне значення роботи полягає у комплексному підході до проблеми соціального виховання школярів у полікультурному освітньому середовищі: уточненні змісту соціального виховання учнів у полікультурному середовищі як комплексного соціально-педагогічного процесу, структури полікультурної компетентності школярів та рівнів її сформованості; обґрунтуванні моделі соціального виховання учнів у полікультурному середовищі закладів загальної середньої освіти. Практичне значення роботи полягає у розробці моделі соціального виховання учнів у полікультурному середовищі закладів загальної середньої освіти. Галузь використання: заклади загальної середньої освіти, заклади позашкільної освіти.
