Управління конкурентоспроможністю ПАТ «АрселорМіттал Кривий Ріг» в системі економічної безпеки

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 121 сторінці друкованого тексту, містить 23 таблиці, 17 рисунків, 2 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 71 джерело, з них 5 іноземною мовою.Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління конкурентоспроможністю в системі економічної безпеки підприємства. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, методичні та практичні питання розвитку підходів до управління конкурентоспроможністю в системі економічної безпеки ПАТ «АрселорМіттал Кривий Ріг». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є розвиток підходів до управління конкурентоспроможністю в системі економічної безпеки, обґрунтування напрямів підвищення конкурентоспроможності й економічної безпеки ПАТ «АрселорМіттал Кривий Ріг». Завдання: визначення сутності конкурентоспроможності підприємства; дослідження механізму управління конкурентоспроможністю в системі економічної безпеки підприємства; опрацювання сучасних методичних підходів до оцінки впливу конкурентоспроможності на економічну безпеку; аналіз фінансового стану, оцінка конкурентоспроможності в системі економічної безпеки ПАТ «АрселорМіттал Кривий Ріг»; вдосконалення підходів до управління конкурентоспроможністю в системі економічної безпеки; виявлення факторів негативного впливу й обґрунтування напрямів підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності й економічної безпеки підприємства. Результати: вдосконалено підходи до оцінки конкурентоспроможності в системі економічної безпеки; набуло подальшого розвитку визначення механізму управління конкурентоспроможністю в системі економічної безпеки підприємства.

EN : The work is presented on 121 pages of printed text, contains 23 tables, 17 figures, 2 annex. The list of referеnces includes 71 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of research is the process of managing competitiveness in the system of economic security of the enterprise. The subject of research is theoretical, methodological and practical issues of development of approaches to competitiveness management in the system of economic security of PJSC "ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih". The purpose of the qualification work is the development of approaches to competitiveness management in the system of economic security, substantiation of the directions of increasing the competitiveness and economic security of PJSC "ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih". Tasks: determining the essence of the competitiveness of the enterprise; study of the mechanism of competitiveness management in the system of economic security of the enterprise; elaboration of modern methodological approaches to assessing the impact of competitiveness on economic security; analysis of the financial condition, assessment of competitiveness in the system of economic security of PJSC "ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih"; improving approaches to competitiveness management in the system of economic security; identification of factors of negative influence and substantiation of directions of increase of level of competitiveness and economic safety of the enterprise. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is determined by the following main provisions: improved approaches to assessing the competitiveness of the economic security of the enterprise by: allocating four main blocks of indicators (efficiency of financial and economic activities, financial capacity to ensure production activities, financing of innovation activities and efficiency of financial management); supplementation of quantitative indicators with qualitative ones; taking into account the dynamics of changes in the values of indicators that comprehensively characterize the competitiveness of the economic security of the enterprise; further development of the definition of the mechanism of competitiveness management in the economic security of the enterprise as a complex based on relevant principles, functions and methods, takes into account the influence of external and internal factors, combining components of enterprise competitiveness, organizational and economic measures to ensure, evaluate, improve competitiveness of the enterprise, as well as adaptation to achieve economic security. Developments on identification of factors of negative influence and substantiation of directions of increase of competitiveness and economic safety of PJSC "ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih" are of practical importance.
