Перелік посилань включає 68 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою.Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління фінансово-економічною безпекою підприємства агропромислового комплексу. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, методичні та практичні питання розвитку системи управління фінансово-економічною безпекою ТОВ «АФ «БАТЬКІВЩИНА». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи розвиток підходів до управління фінансово-економічною безпекою на підприємстві агропромислового комплексу й обґрунтування напрямів зміцнення фінансово-економічної безпеки ТОВ «АФ «БАТЬКІВЩИНА». Завдання дослідження: визначення сутність фінансово-економічної безпеки підприємства; дослідження особливостей формування системи управління фінансово-економічною безпекою підприємства; опрацювання сучасних методичних підходів до оцінювання фінансово-економічної безпеки підприємства; вивчення організаційно-економічних аспектів роботи підприємства та аналіз фінансового стану ТОВ «АФ «БАТЬКІВЩИНА»; оцінювання системи управління фінансово-економічною безпекою; обґрунтування доцільності впровадження контролінгу у систему управління фінансово-економічною безпекою; розробка організаційного забезпечення розвитку системи управління фінансово-економічною безпекою. Результати: вдосконалено систему управління фінансово-економічною безпекою підприємства; набуло подальшого розвитку визначення фінансовоекономічної безпеки.

The object of the study is the process of managing the financial and economic security of the agro-industrial complex. The subject of the research is theoretical, methodical and practical issues of development of the financial and economic security management system of LLC "AF BATKIVSCHINA". The purpose of the qualification work is the development of approaches to the management of financial and economic security at the enterprise of the agroindustrial complex and substantiation of the directions of strengthening the financial and economic security of LLC "AF BATKIVSCHINA". Objectives of the study: to determine the essence of financial and economic security of the enterprise; research of features of formation of management system of financial and economic safety of the enterprise; elaboration of modern methodological approaches to assessing the financial and economic security of the enterprise; study of organizational and economic aspects of the enterprise and analysis of the financial condition of LLC AF "BATKIVSCHINA"; assessment of the financial and economic security management system; substantiation of expediency of introduction of controlling in system of management of financial and economic safety; development of organizational support for the development of financial and economic security management system. Results: improved management system of financial and economic security of the enterprise, covering a number of subsystems (organizational and managerial, regulatory and information and analytical), takes into account the principles of construction and operation, limitations and factors influencing financial and economic security, as well as functions due to interaction and influence of subjects on objects of safety by means of levers, tools and methods gives the chance to solve problems and to reach the purpose of management of financial and economic safety; has further developed the definition of financial and economic security as a state of the most efficient use of economic resources, which is manifested in financial indicators of profit and profitability, stability, business activity, liquidity and solvency, as well as management of fixed assets and working capital. Developments on substantiation of expediency of introduction of controlling in system of management of financial and economic safety of LLC AF "BATKIVSCHINA" and definition of economic effect from the organization of division on management of financial and economic safety of LLC AF "BATKIVSCHINA" have practical value.
