Abstract

EN : The qualifying work consists of introduction, 2 parts, findings, list of literature (87 items, 13 of foreign origin), 4 pages of additional information. The qualifying work volume is 129 pages long, 108 of them – main text. There is 1 illustration. The qualification work provides a theoretical analysis of the scientific literature on social work in the local community and describes the development of the program and implementation of integrated social services for orphans in the Kushugum community.The research object: social work with orphans in the local community. The research object: social work with orphans in the local community. The research subject: organization of social and pedagogical services for orphans in the local community. The research purpose: to theoretically substantiate and test the program of providing social and pedagogical services to orphans in the local community. The research tasks are: 1) to consider the essence and features of socio-pedagogical activities in the local community; 2) to determine the features of providing social and pedagogical services in the local community; 3) to analyze the foreign experience in organizing social and pedagogical services for orphans in the local community; 4) to consider social and pedagogical services to orphans in the Ukraine; 5) to develop a program for providing social and pedagogical services to orphans and children deprived of parental care in the Local Communitys. Part 1: «Theoretical bases of the organization of social and pedagogical services to orphans in the local community» describes social and pedagogical activity in the local community and features providing social and pedagogical services in the local community; analyzes foreign experience in organizing social and pedagogical services for orphans in the local community. Part 2: «The program of organizing social and pedagogical services to orphans in the Kushugum community» describes the organization of social and pedagogical services to orphans in Ukraine and the organization of social and pedagogical support of orphans and children deprived of parental care in local communities of the district of Zaporozhye.

Мета дослідження: теоретично обґрунтувати та апробувати програму надання соціально-педагогічних послуг дітям-сиротам у територіальній громаді. Методи дослідження: теоретичний аналіз джерел, синтез, проектування, спостереження, інтерв’ювання, опитування. Теоретичне значення роботи полягає в аналізі наукової літератури щодо соціальної роботи у територіальній та апробації програми соціально-педагогічних послуг дітям-сиротам. Практичне значення роботи полягає у розробці програми та впровадження інтегрованих соціальних послуг дітям-сиротам у Кушугумській громаді. Галузь використання: територіальні громади.
