Формування ефективної системи фінансової безпеки ТОВ «Бротектек»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 106 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 15 таблиць, 21 рисунків, 4 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 74 джерела, з них 5 іноземною мовою.Об’єктом дослідження є процеси формування ефективної системи фінансової безпеки на підприємстві ТОВ «Броктек». Предметом дослідження є методичні підходи та принципи впровадження системи управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є дослідження теоретикометодичних засад формування системи фінансовою безпекою підприємства й обґрунтування рекомендацій щодо підвищення її ефективності. Методи дослідження: діалектичного пізнання, теоретичного узагальнення, системного аналізу, причинно-наслідковий аналіз, табличний і графічний. –Одержані результати та їх новизна: удосконалено структуру капіталу підприємства з урахування критерієм компромісної оптимізації рівня рентабельності власного капіталу та рівня фінансових ризиків втрати платоспроможності та фінансової стійкості; набуло подальшого розвитку формування діагностичного інструментарію управління діловою активністю підприємства заснованого на систематизації методів аналізу, інформаційних джерел, показників, які слугуватимуть базою для прийняття управлінських рішень та дозволять забезпечити підприємству відповідний рівень фінансової безпеки. Сформульовані в кваліфікаційній роботі магістра теоретичні узагальнення та практичні рекомендації щодо формування ефективної системи управління фінансовою безпекою можуть бути застосовані на підприємствах.

EN : The work is presented on 106 pages of printed text, contains 15 tables, 21 figures, 4 annex. The list of referеnces includes 74 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the process of forming an effective system of financial security at the company «Broctek». The subject of the study is the methodological approaches and principles of implementation of the financial security management system of the enterprise. The purpose of the master's qualification work is to study the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of the system of financial security of the enterprise and substantiation of recommendations for improving its efficiency. Research methods: The following methods of economic research are used in the work: dialectical cognition (development of categories «financial security of the enterprise» «risks»); theoretical generalization, system analysis (definition of financial security as an economic category, improvement of quantitative and qualitative methods of financial security assessment); causal analysis (changes in the level of financial security of the enterprise); tabular and graphical (characteristics of the aggregate indicators of the state and dynamics of financial security of the enterprise). The information base for writing the qualification work consisted of: textbooks, manuals, monographs and periodicals of domestic and foreign scientists. In addition, the financial statements of «Broctek» LLC were used. The obtained results and their novelty: the capital structure of the enterprise is improved taking into account the criterion of compromise optimization of the level of return on equity and the level of financial risks of loss of solvency and financial stability; further development of the formation of diagnostic tools for managing business activity of the enterprise based on the systematization of analysis methods, information sources, indicators that will serve as a basis for management decisions and will provide the company with an appropriate level of financial security. The recommendations formulated in the master's qualification work are a 6 methodological basis for ensuring the financial security of the enterprise. The main provisions of the qualification work are brought to the level of methodological developments and recommendations, can be used in the practice of the enterprise.
