Управління платоспроможністю підприємства ТОВ «ФОРС-ТЕК» в системі фінансової безпеки

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 104 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 20 таблиць, 10 рисунків, 2 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 73 джерела, з них 5 іноземною мовою.Об’єктом дослідження є процеси управління платоспроможністю підприємства ТОВ «ФОРС-ТЕК» в системі фінансової безпеки. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методичних і практичні засади вдосконалення системи управління платоспроможністю підприємства з метою підвищення рівня його фінансової безпеки. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є узагальнення теоретикометодичних засад і розробка рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення системи управління платоспроможністю підприємства ТОВ ФОРС-ТЕК». Методи дослідження: діалектичного пізнання, теоретичного узагальнення, системного аналізу; причинно-наслідковий аналіз, табличний, графічний. Одержані результати та їх новизна: удосконалено методичний підхід до оптимізації структури балансу підприємства для підвищення платоспроможності за результатами розрахунку всіх відносних показників через призму оцінки ліквідності, тобто вираження складових агрегованого балансу за допомогою групування активів за ступенем ліквідності, а пасивів – за строками погашення. Сформульовані в кваліфікаційній роботі магістра теоретичні узагальнення та практичні рекомендації щодо покращення системи управління платоспроможністю підприємства передбачають запровадження комплексу заходів та використання інструментів оптимізації платоспроможності підприємства.

EN : The work is presented on 104 pages of printed text, contains 20 tables, 10 figures, 2 annex. The list of referеnces includes 73 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study are the processes of solvency management of the LLC «FORCE-TEK» in the system of financial security. The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological and practical principles of improving the solvency management system of the enterprise in order to increase its financial security. The purpose of the master's qualification work is to generalize the theoretical and methodological principles and develop recommendations for improving the solvency management system of LLC «FORCE-TEK». The purpose of the qualification work was realized by solving the following research tasks: developed theoretical and methodological principles of solvency management of the enterprise; the theoretical bases of formation and realization of financial policy of management of solvency of the enterprise are defined; the analysis of the basic financial and economic indicators of activity of LLC «FORCE-TEK» is carried out; an assessment of the current and future solvency of the enterprise; the directions of improvement of the solvency management system of LLC «FORS-TEK» have been determined. The following methods of economic research are used in the work: dialectical cognition (development of the category "solvency of the enterprise"); theoretical generalization, system analysis; causal analysis (changes in the level of solvency of the enterprise); tabular and graphical (characteristics of the aggregate indicators of the state and dynamics of solvency of the enterprise). The information base for writing the qualification work consisted of: textbooks, manuals, monographs and periodicals of domestic and foreign scientists. In addition, the financial statements of LLC «FORS-TEK» were used. The obtained results and their novelty: improved methodical approach to optimizing the structure of the balance sheet of the enterprise to increase solvency by 6 calculating all relative indicators through the prism of liquidity assessment, ie the expression of components of the aggregate balance sheet by grouping assets by liquidity and liabilities by maturity. The theoretical generalizations and practical recommendations for improving the solvency management system of the enterprise formulated in the master's qualification work envisage the introduction of a set of measures and the use of tools for optimizing the solvency of the enterprise.
