Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 102 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 24 таблиці, 15 рисунків, 2 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 70 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою.Об’єктом дослідження є процеси оцінювання показників фінансового стану банку в системі забезпечення діагностики фінансової безпеки АТ «Ощадбанк». Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, методичні та практичні засади забезпечення фінансової безпеки банку. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є узагальнення та вдосконалення системи діагностики фінансової безпеки банків, а також розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення рівня фінансової безпеки АТ «Ощадбанк». Методи дослідження: системний, економіко-статистичний, графічний, табличний, порівняльний, логічний, нормативно-розрахунковий методи аналізу, групування та графоаналітичний метод. Одержані результати та їх новизна: удосконалено методику аналізу прибутковості банку на основі моделі проведення факторного аналізу показнику прибутковості (ROE) за чітко визначеною та логічною схемою з урахуванням впливу величини операційних та неопераційних витрат та величини дохідних активів. Сформульовані в кваліфікаційній роботі магістра теоретичні узагальнення та практичні рекомендації щодо формування ефективної системи діагностики фінансової безпеки можуть бути застосовані в діяльності банківських установ.

The object of the study is the process of assessing the financial condition of the bank in the system of financial security diagnostics JSC «Oschadbank». The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodological and practical principles of ensuring the financial security of the bank. The purpose of the master's qualification work is to generalize and improve the system of diagnostics of financial security of banks, as well as to develop practical recommendations for improving the level of financial security of JSC «Oschadbank». Based on the purpose, the objectives of the study were as follows: to explore the essence of financial security of the bank; to consider features of formation of the mechanism of management of financial safety of bank; consider methodological approaches to the diagnosis of financial security of the bank; provide organizational and economic characteristics of JSC «Oschadbank»; to carry out diagnostics of indicators of efficiency of activity of bank of JSC «Oschadbank»; propose measures to increase the efficiency of the financial security system of JSC «Oschadbank». Research methods. The following research methods were used in performing the master's qualification work: systemic, economic-statistical, graphical, tabular, comparative (in the study of the bank's financial security management system and financial condition diagnostics), logical, normative-calculated (in assessing the efficiency of JSC «Oschadbank») and determination of normative values), methods of analysis, grouping and graphoanalytical method. The obtained results and their novelty: the method of bank profitability analysis based on the model of factor analysis of profitability index (ROE) according to a clearly defined and logical scheme has been improved, and provides for determining the impact of operating and non-operating expenses and income assets. 6 Theoretical generalizations and practical recommendations formulated in the master's qualification work on the formation of an effective system of financial security diagnostics can be applied in the activities of banking institutions.
