Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 108 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 31 таблицю, 20 рисунків, 2 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 73 джерела, з них 5 іноземною мовою.Об’єктом дослідження є процеси управління кадровою безпекою підприємства. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, методичні положення та практичні аспекти управління кадровою безпекою підприємства на основі її діагностики. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є узагальнення теоретичних та методичних засад управління кадровою безпекою підприємства та розробка рекомендацій щодо удосконалення діагностики кадрової безпеки на прикладі ТОВ «Керамзит». Методи дослідження: абстрактно-логічний, теоретичного узагальнення, порівняння, діалектичний метод, економіко-статистичний аналіз, методи критичного аналізу та узагальнення теоретичних досліджень. Одержані результати та їх новизна: удосконалено методичний підхід формування системи моніторингу кадрової безпеки підприємства за рахунок виділення основних і допоміжних підсистем моніторингу, розробки системи стандартизованих показників моніторингу та діагностичної карти, що дозволяє здійснювати обґрунтовану діагностику рівня кадрової безпеки підприємства. Практичне значення мають пропозиції щодо покращення системи моніторингу та управління ефективністю системи забезпечення кадрової безпеки підприємства, які передбачають запровадження комплексу заходів розробки та реалізації стратегії розвитку персоналу підприємства.

EN : The work is presented on 108 pages of printed text, contains 31 tables, 20 figures, 2 annex. The list of referеnces includes 73 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of research is the processes of personnel security management of the enterprise. The subject of research is the theoretical, methodological provisions and practical aspects of personnel security management of the enterprise on the basis of its diagnostics. The purpose of the master's qualification work is to generalize the theoretical and methodological principles of personnel security management of the enterprise and to develop recommendations for improving the diagnosis of personnel security on the example of «Keramzit». Methods of research: abstract-logical – when generalizing theoretical positions and formulating conclusions; method of theoretical generalization – to establish the conceptual provisions of personnel security management of the enterprise; method of comparison – in clarifying the features of different approaches to defining the essence of the concepts of «personnel security», «risk», «monitoring»; dialectical method – to identify the relationship between the elements of personnel security and human resources; economic and statistical analysis – for quantitative and qualitative diagnostics of personnel security, critical analysis and generalization of theoretical research – for theoretical generalization of the obtained results and formulation of conclusions. The obtained results and their novelty: the methodical approach to the formation of the personnel security monitoring system of the enterprise is improved due to the allocation of basic and auxiliary monitoring subsystems, development of the system of standardized monitoring indicators and diagnostic map. The algorithm for assessing the effectiveness of personnel management of the enterprise, which involves the use of including indicators of staff motivation and staff turnover, has been further developed. 6 Of practical importance are proposals to improve the system of monitoring and managing the effectiveness of the personnel security system of the enterprise, which provide for the introduction of a set of measures to develop and implement a strategy for the development of personnel of the enterprise.
