Механізм забезпечення управління фінансово-економічною безпекою ТОВ «АРГО КР»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 100 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 28 таблиць, 15 рисунків, 3 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 75 джерел, з них 4 іноземною мовою. Об’єкт дослідження – механізм забезпечення фінансово-економічної безпеки ТОВ «АРГО КР». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є обґрунтування теоретичних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення фінансовоекономічної стійкості задля забезпечення фінансово-економічної безпеки ТОВ «АРГО КР». Завдання: 1) досліджено теоретичні основи фінансової та економічної безпеки підприємства та її сутність; 2) проаналізувати фінансовий та економічний стан й оцінити рівень фінансово-економічної безпеки ТОВ «АРГО КР»; 3) запропонувати шляхи підвищення фінансово-економічної безпеки ТОВ «АРГО КР» та механізм його забезпечення. Методи дослідження: – кількісні: методи порівняння відносних і абсолютних величин, групування; – загальнонаукові та емпіричні методи наукових досліджень, зокрема: описовий, методи аналізу та синтезу; методи економічного, статистичного та експертного аналізу; метод графічного зображення. Одержані результати: 1) досліджено теоретичні основи фінансової та економічної безпеки підприємства та її сутність; 2) оцінено господарську діяльність досліджуваного підприємства; 3) запропоновано шляхи вдосконалення щодо підвищення фінансово-економічної безпеки ТОВ «АРГО КР» та розроблено механізм забезпечення управління фінансовоекономічною безпекою товариства.

EN : The work is presented on 100 pages of printed text, contains 28 tables, 15 figures, 3 annex. The list of referеnces includes 75 sources, 4 of them in foreign languages. The object of research - the mechanism of financial and economic security of LLC "ARGO KR". The purpose of the qualification work is to substantiate the theoretical provisions and develop practical recommendations for improving financial and economic stability to ensure the financial and economic security of LLC "ARGO KR". Tasks: 1) investigated the theoretical foundations of financial and economic security of the enterprise and its essence, 2) consider financial and economic security as a component of financial and economic security of the state; 3) to explore the conceptual foundations of strategic management and mechanisms for ensuring financial and economic security of enterprises; 4) analyze the financial and economic condition and assess the level of financial and economic security of LLC "ARGO KR"; 5) to suggest ways to increase the financial and economic security of ARGO KR LLC and the mechanism for its provision; 6) develop recommendations for strengthening financial stability and ensuring financial and economic security of ARGO KR LLC; 7) to develop a mechanism for ensuring the financial and economic security of ARGO KR LLC. Research methods: generalization, deductive, financial and statistical analysis, comparison, summary, etc. Research methods: - quantitative: methods of comparing relative and absolute values, grouping; - general scientific and empirical methods of scientific research, in particular: descriptive, methods of analysis and synthesis; methods of economic, statistical and expert analysis; graphic image method. The obtained results: 1) the theoretical bases of financial and economic security of the enterprise and its essence are investigated; 2) the economic activity of the researched enterprise is estimated; 3) ways to improve the financial and economic security of ARGO KR LLC are proposed and a mechanism for ensuring 13 the management of financial and economic security of the company is developed; 4) the mechanism of providing financial and economic safety of LLC ARGO KR is developed.
