Мета дослідження: теоретично обґрунтувати та дослідити педагогічні умови, що забезпечують процес підготовки майбутніх педагогів до естетичного виховання підлітків в умовах закладу загальної середньої освіти. В роботі здійснено аналіз наукових джерел з проблеми підготовки майбутніх педагогів до естетичного виховання; розглянуто формування естетичної культури майбутніх педагогів в процесі професійної підготовки як передумову підготовки майбутніх педагогів до естетичного виховання підлітків; дослідити структурні елементи процесу підготовки майбутніх педагогів до естетичного виховання підлітків загальноосвітнього навчального закладу; розглянуто психологічні особливості підлітків у підготовці майбутніх педагогів до естетичного виховання; розглянуто педагогічну практику як одну із умов підготовки педагогів до естетичного виховання підлітків; схарактеризовано інноваційні технології підготовки майбутніх педагогів до естетичного виховання підлітків у закладі загальної середньої освіти. Наукова новизна: вперше виокремлено та схарактеризовано педагогічні умови підготовки майбутнього педагога до естетичного виховання підлітків в умовах закладу загальної середньої освіти.
