Abstract

UA : Розглянуто теоретичні підходи та законодавчі норми формування фінансового потенціалу регіону та досліджено досвід зарубіжних країн в системі формування місцевих бюджетів. Здійснено моніторинг доходів місцевих бюджетів як фінансового потенціалу регіону. Досліджено міжбюджетні відносини у формуванні фінансового потенціалу регіону. Удосконалено механізми зміцнення фінансового потенціалу регіону в умовах децентралізації.

EN : Theoretical approaches and legislative norms of formation of financial potential of the region are considered and the experience of foreign countries in the system of formation of local budgets is investigated. The revenues of local budgets as a financial potential of the region were monitored. Interbudgetary relations in the formation of the financial potential of the region are studied. The mechanisms for strengthening the financial potential of the region in the conditions of decentralization have been improved.
