Abstract

UA : В кваліфікаційній роботі магістра розглянуто особливості формування лідерських якостей керівника в організації в сучасних умовах. Значна увага приділяється напрямам удосконалення формування лідерських якостей керівника в організації. Розроблено напрями формування лідерських якостей керівника в організації в сучасних умовах, надано практичні рекомендації, за допомогою яких можливо підвищити лідерські якості керівника в організації в сучасних умовах.

EN : In the qualification work of the master features of formation of leadership qualities of the head in the organization in modern conditions are considered. Considerable attention is paid to improving the formation of leadership qualities of the leader in the organization.
