Об`єкт дослідження: особливості військовослужбовців в умовах перебування в зоні операцій Об'єднаних сил. Емоційна сфера є цілісним класом явищ, що охоплює і примітивні потяги, і складні форми емоційного життя. Вона здійснює активацію, спонукання і афективну оцінку дійсності, організовуючи цілісні форми поведінки, які дозволяють вирішувати прості та складні адаптаційні завдання. Емоції, за словами T.C. Виготського, беруть участь «в процесі психічного розвитку від самого початку до самого кінця в якості найважливішого моменту», тому особливості розвитку емоційної сфери не можуть не вплинути на процес становлення і функціонування особистості, організацію її поведінки. Актуальною залишається проблема ролі емоційної сфери в адаптації особистості, здійсненні особистістю ефективної поведінки. Особливо важливим є аналіз процесу адаптації та її механізмів в умовах бойових дій. Йде активне переформування особистості в цей складний період, коли звичайному чоловіку, не солдату, доводиться взяти в руки зброю і перетворитися на військового за короткий час. Весь цей період представляє собою значну перебудову раніше сформованих психологічних структур і виникнення нових. Цей складний і тривалий процес адаптації особистості до нової соціальної ситуації свого розвитку, що супроводжується цілою гамою специфічних (часто внутрішньо конфліктних) переживань, виявляє готовність до здійснення ефективної поведінки як чинника особистісного розвитку. Дослідження психологічних механізмів, що визначають процес адаптації особистості як умова її становлення і розвитку, дозволить розширити уявлення про роль емоційної сфери в структурі адаптивної поведінки. Наукова новизна роботи полягає в тому, що розроблено програму тренінгової сесії, що спрямована на підвищення рівня адаптивної поведінки військовослужбовців в умовах перебування в зоні операцій Об'єднаних сил.

The emotional sphere is a holistic class of phenomena, encompassing both primitive urges and complex forms of emotional life. It provides activation, motivation and affective assessment of reality, organizing holistic forms of behavior that allow you to solve simple and complex adaptive tasks. Emotions, according to T.C. Vygotsky, involved in "the process of mental development from beginning to end as the most important moment", so the peculiarities of the emotional sphere can not but affect the process of formation and functioning of the individual, the organization of its behavior. The problem of the role of the emotional sphere in the adaptation of the individual, the implementation of effective behavior by the individual remains relevant. Especially important is the analysis of the adaptation process and its mechanisms in combat. There is an active transformation of personality in this difficult period, when an ordinary man, not a soldier, has to take up arms and become a soldier in a short time. This whole period represents a significant restructuring of previously formed psychological structures and the emergence of new ones. This complex and long process of adaptation of the individual to the new social situation of his development, accompanied by a range of specific (often internally conflicting) experiences, shows a willingness to implement effective behavior as a factor of personal development. The study of psychological mechanisms that determine the process of adaptation of the individual as a condition for its formation and development, will expand the understanding of the role of the emotional sphere in the structure of adaptive behavior. The scientific novelty of the work is that the program of the training session is developed, which is aimed at increasing the level of adaptive behavior of servicemen in the conditions of stay in the zone of operations of the Joint Forces.
