Розробка моделі взаємодії органів місцевої влади з громадськістю в умовах демократизації суспільства

Abstract

UA : Розкрито методологію взаємодії органів місцевої влади з громадськістю. Проаналізовано понятійно-категоріальний апарат процесів та моделі взаємодії органів місцевого самоврядування з громадськістю. З’ясовано передовий досвід взаємодії з громадськістю органів державної влади. Сформовано організаційно-управлінська структура районної адміністрації. Досліджено діагностика проблем в процесах налагодження зв’язків та взаємодії органів районної адміністрації з громадськістю. Проведено аналіз моделей взаємодії органів державної влади і місцевого самоврядування з інститутами громадянського суспільства. Обґрунтовано основні напрями удосконалення існуючої моделі зв’язків та взаємодії органів районної адміністрації з громадськістю. Здійснено обґрунтування заходів з удосконалення взаємодії громадянського суспільства із органами місцевого самоврядування. Розроблено рекомендації щодо формування ефективної моделі партнерства органів місцевого самоврядування та громадянського суспільства.

EN : The methodology of interaction of local authorities with the public is revealed. The conceptual and categorical apparatus of processes and models of interaction of local self-government bodies with the public are analyzed. The advanced experience of interaction with the public of public authorities was clarified. The organizational and management structure of the district administration has been formed. The diagnostics of problems in the processes of establishing relations and interaction of the organs of the district administration with the public are investigated. The analysis of models of interaction of state authorities and local self-government with civil society institutions is carried out. The main directions of improving the existing model of communication and interaction of the regional administration bodies with the public have been substantiated. The substantiation of measures to improve the interaction of civil society with local governments has been carried out. Recommendations for the formation of an effective model of partnership between local self-government bodies and civil society have been developed.
