Еволюція концепції соціального захисту матерів-одиначок в Україні

Abstract

UA : Мета дослідження: вивчення особливостей еволюції концепції соціального захисту одиноких матерів в Україні. Об’єкт дослідження: соціальна робота з одинокими матерями. Предмет дослідження: соціальний захист одиноких матерів в Україні. Методи дослідження: аналіз, синтез, індукція, дедукція, класифікація, вторинної обробки даних. Гіпотеза: одними з головних завдань соціального захисту одиноких матерів є зменшення негативних наслідків бідності шляхом надання короткотермінової адресної допомоги матерям-одиначкам та запобігання бідності шляхом створення умов для самостійного вирішення своїх проблем. що суттєво відзначиться на якості життя цієї соціально незахищеної категорії громадян. Висновки: 1. Сучасний розвиток системи соціального захисту одиноких матерів України потребує комплексного підходу при зміні принципів її побудови, виходячи з ринкових реалій розвитку країни. Соціальне обслуговування, соціальне спонсорство, стимулювання надання послуг за допомогою прямого бюджетного фінансування та залучення коштів недержавних структур сприятиме підвищенню соціальних стандартів у державі та покращенню матеріальних умов існування одиноких матерів. 2. За роки своєї незалежності в Україні створені певні механізми функціонування системи соціального захисту матерів-одиначок та проводиться систематичне реформування економіки. Але так як система соціального захисту населення створена ще за радянських часів вона потребує модернізації та оновлення.

EN : The purpose of the study: to study the evolution of the concept of social protection of single mothers in Ukraine. The object of the study: social work with single mothers. The subject of the study: social protection of single mothers in Ukraine. Methods of the study: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, classification, secondary data processing. Hypothesis: one of the main tasks of social protection of single mothers is to reduce the negative effects of poverty by providing short-term targeted assistance to single mothers and preventing poverty by creating conditions for independent solutions to their problems, which will significantly affect the quality of life of this vulnerable category of citizens. Conclusions: 1. The modern development of the system of social protection of single mothers of Ukraine requires a comprehensive approach to changing the principles of its construction, based on the market realities of the country's development. Social services, social sponsorship, stimulating the provision of services through direct budget funding, and raising funds from non-governmental organizations will help raise social standards in the state and improve the material conditions of single mothers. 2. During the years of its independence, Ukraine has established certain mechanisms for the functioning of the system of social protection of single mothers and is carrying out systematic economic reform. However, since the system of social protection was created in Soviet times, it needs modernization and renewal.
