Організаційне забезпечення клінічного менеджменту в закладах реабілітації

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра: 61с., 2 рис., 5 табл., 61джерел. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління реабілітаційного закладом. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні засади та практичне забезпечення організації процесів управління реабілітаційним закладом. Метою роботи є дослідження організаційного забезпечення клінічного менеджменту в закладах реабілітації України. В роботі студентом розкрито формування стратегії розвитку медичного закладу необхідно сформувати ефективний процес управління з точки зору моніторингу та аналізу зовнішніх та внутрішніх факторів, оскільки визначені можливості та загрози для медичного закладу, а також сильні та слабкі сторони як інформаційна основа для встановлення та коригування стратегічних цілей. Однак на сьогодні для управління реабілітаційними установами в Україні характерні невирішені питання, які потребують негайного вирішення. У роботі використано комплекс наукових методів дослідження: аналіз та синтез, абстрагування, узагальнення (для розкриття економічної сутності явищ та обґрунтування категорії апарату), статистика, моделювання, порівняння, індукція, дедукція (при розробці стратегії управління реабілітацією) компанії тощо. Теоретичною та методологічною основою роботи є класичні положення економічної теорії, основна праця вітчизняних та зарубіжних дослідників у галузі управління реабілітаційними установами та охороною здоров'я. Науковою новизною отриманих результатів є аналіз зовнішнього досвіду державного управління у галузі охорони здоров’я та відбір пропозицій щодо його застосування у національній практиці.

The aim of the work is to study the organizational support of clinical management in the regions of Urea. During the student's disclosure of medical institution development strategies, it is necessary to form an effective management process in terms of monitoring and analysis of external and internal factors identified opportunities and threats to the medical institution, as well as strengths and weaknesses as an information basis for setting and using strategic prices. However, today the management of rehabilitation institutions in Ukraine is characterized by uncharacteristic uncharacteristic uncharacteristic uncharacteristic uncharacteristic unresolved unresolved losses. The work uses a set of scientific research methods: analysis and synthesis, abstraction, generalization (to reveal the economic essence of the phenomena and the volume of equipment categories) statistics, modeling, comparison, induction, deduction (in developing rehabilitation management strategies) of the company. The theoretical and methodological basis of the work is the classification position of economic theory, the main work of domestic and foreign researchers in the field of management of rehabilitation institutions and health care. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is the analysis of the external experience of public administration in the field of health care and the selection of proposals for its application in national practice.
