Обґрунтування проєкту зі зниження операційних витрат підприємства ТОВ «ІНТЕРПАЙП НІКО ТЬЮБ» за рахунок відмови від покупного

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 105 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 28 таблиць, 10 рисунків, 1 додаток. Перелік посилань включає 68 джерел, з них 6 іноземною мовою.Об’єктом дослідження є зниження операційного витрат підприємства. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та прикладні аспекти зниження операційних витрат підприємства ТОВ «ІНТЕРПАЙП НІКО ТЬЮБ» забезпечення фінансової безпеки комерційного банку. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є узагальнення теоретичних положень сутності операційних витрат та запровадження практичних рекомендацій щодо зниження операційних витрат підприємства ТОВ «ІНТЕРПАЙП НІКО ТЬЮБ». Завдання: 1) дослідити теоретичні основи сутності поняття операційні витрати виробничого підприємства; 2) визначити теоретичні методи аналізу і контролю витрат операційної діяльності підприємства; 3) проаналізувати загальні підходи до розрахунку операційних витрат; 4) дослідити стан фінансових показників діяльності ТОВ «ІНТЕРПАЙП НІКО ТЬЮБ та запропоновано шляхи щодо зниження операційних витрат підприємства. Методи дослідження: загальнонаукові та емпіричні методи наукових досліджень, зокрема: описовий, методи аналізу та синтезу; кількісні: методи порівняння відносних і абсолютних величин, групування; методи економічного, статистичного аналізу; метод графічного зображення. Одержані результати: 1) запропоновано використання авторського визначення поняття операційні витрати; 2) набуло подальшого розвитку загальні підходи до розрахунку операційних витрат підприємства; 3) запропоновано дієві пропозиції щодо зниження операційних витрат підприємства ТОВ «ІНТЕРПАЙП НІКО ТЬЮБ» та набуло подальшого розвитку моделювання факторної системи аналізу рівня витрат. Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані підприємствами металургійної галузі в проєктній діяльності для зниження операційних витрат.

EN : The work is presented on 105 pages of printed text, contains 28 tables, 10 figures, 1 annex. The list of referеnces includes 68 sources, 6 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is to reduce the operating costs of the enterprise. The subject of the study is the theoretical and applied aspects of reducing the operating costs of the company LLC "INTERPIPE NIKO TUBE" to ensure the financial security of a commercial bank. The purpose of the qualification work is to generalize the theoretical provisions of the essence of operating costs and the introduction of practical recommendations to reduce operating costs of the company LLC "INTERPIPE NIKO TUBE". Tasks: 1) to explore the theoretical foundations of the essence of the concept of operating costs of a manufacturing enterprise; 2) to determine the theoretical methods of analysis and control of operating costs of the enterprise; 3) analyze the general approaches to the calculation of operating costs; 4) to investigate the state of financial performance of LLC "INTERPIPE NIKO TUBE" and suggested ways to reduce operating costs of the enterprise. Research methods: general scientific and empirical methods of scientific research, in particular: descriptive, methods of analysis and synthesis; quantitative: methods of comparing relative and absolute values, grouping; methods of economic, statistical analysis; graphic image method. The results obtained: 1) the use of the author's definition of the concept of operating costs is proposed; 2) general approaches to the calculation of operating costs of the enterprise have been further developed; 3) effective proposals for reducing the operating costs of the company LLC "INTERPIPE NIKO TUBE" were proposed and the modeling of the factor system of cost analysis was further developed. The information base of the study is: regulations and legislation of Ukraine, the results of domestic and foreign scientists in the study of costs, regulatory framework for the organization and methods of accounting and auditing costs, financial statements, accounting records and primary documents of LLC "INTERPIPE NIKO TUBE", materials periodicals. The results of the study can be used by metallurgical enterprises in project activities to reduce operating costs.
