Удосконалення планування потреби в оборотних коштах ТОВ «Компанія Лінас»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 114 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 15 таблиць, 6 рисунків, 2 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 76 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження стали оборотні кошти ТОВ «Компанія Лінас». Предметом дослідження є процес планування потреби підприємства в оборотних коштах і оптимізації їх формування. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є розвиток теоретико- методичних й організаційних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо планування потреби підприємства в оборотних коштах. Завдання: 1)вивчити теоретичні аспекти управління оборотними активами на підприємстві шляхом уточнення сутності оборотних активів, їх складу та формування системи управління; 2) розробити моделі оптимальної структури капіталу, які враховують потребу підприємства в оборотному капіталі; 3) обґрунтувати підхід до визначення потреби підприємства в оборотних коштах з точки зору максимізації ринкової вартості; 4) дослідити ефективність управління оборотними активами ТОВ «Компанія Лінас»; 5) визначити напрямки вдосконалення планування оборотних коштів та підвищення ефективності їх використання ТОВ «Компанія Лінас». Методи дослідження: логічного узагальнення, дедуктивний, фінансового та статистичного аналізу, порівняння, зведення та ін. Новизна одержаних результатів роботи полягає у доопрацьовані моделі оптимізації структури капіталу, яка у порівнянні з існуючими моделями, дозволяє кількісно визначити потребу в оборотному капіталі за критерієм максимізації ринкової вартості підприємства. Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані при удосконаленні вибору стратегії формування структури капіталу підприємств, плануванні потреби в оборотних коштах.

Economic and mathematical methods are used to model and optimize the management of working capital of the enterprise.
