Інформаційне суспільство в світі та Україні : проблеми становлення та закономірност і розвитку

Abstract

UA : Монографію «Інформаційне суспільство в світі та Україні: проблеми становлення та закономірності розвитку» підготовлено як результат виконання завдань НДР, затвердженої Міністерством освіти і науки України «Удосконалення механізмів розвитку інформаційного суспільства як цивілізаційної парадигми сучасного українського суспільства в умовах глобалізації» 0115U002343 (2015-2017). В монографії висвітлено теоретико-методологічні, концептуальні та праксеологічні засади становлення і розвитку інформаційного суспільства в Україні та світі. Особлива увага приділена питанням еволюції від homo sapiens до homo informaticus в контексті антропологічних вимірів, управлінню науково-освітнім простором інформаційного суспільства, еволюції та інформаційного суспільства в «суспільство знань» та закономірностям становлення smart-суспільства. В монографії використано синергетичну методологію для аналізу інформаційного суспільства як нелінійного середовища. Орієнтована на науковців, управлінців вищої освіти, викладачів соціально-філософських дисциплін, широкого загалу читачів, що цікавляться проблемою становлення і розвитку інформаційного суспільства в Україні та світі та процесами змін у суспільстві.

EN : The monograph "Information Society in the World and Ukraine: Problems of Formation and Patterns of Development" was prepared as a result of the tasks of the SRW approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine "Improving the mechanisms of the development of the information society as a civilization paradigm of modern Ukrainian society in the conditions of globalization" 0115U002343 (2015-2017). The monograph covers theoretical and methodological, conceptual and praxeological principles of formation and development of the information society in Ukraine and in the world. Particular attention is paid to the issues of evolution from homo sapiens to homo informaticus in the context of anthropological measurements, the management of the scientific and educational space of the information society, evolution and the information society in the "society of knowledge" and the laws of the formation of smart-society. The monograph uses a synergetic methodology for the analysis of the information society as a nonlinear environment. The monograph is focused on scholars, higher education managers, teachers of social and philosophical disciplines, a wide range of readers interested in the problem of the formation and development of an information society in Ukraine and in the world and processes of change in society.
