Управління прибутком підприємства ТОВ «НІКА-ІНВЕСТ 2007» як складова забезпечення його фінансової безпеки

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 106 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 28 таблиць, 23 рисунків, 2 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 72 джерела, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси управління прибутком підприємства ТОВ «НІКА-ІНВЕСТ 2007» як складової його фінансової безпеки. Предметом дослідження є фінансові відносини, що виникають у процесі формування, розподілу та використання прибутку підприємства. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є обґрунтування теоретико методичних та практичних рекомендацій щодо формування ефективної системи управління прибутком підприємств. Методи дослідження: діалектичний, логічні, емпіричні, порівняльного і статистичного аналізу, прогнозування економічних процесів, графоаналітичні. Одержані результати та їх новизна: удосконалено методику прогнозування рівня прибутковості підприємства за рахунок використанням інтегрального показника на основі економіко-математичних методів і існуючих підходів до оцінки фінансового стану підприємства ретроспективного характеру; набула подальшого розвитку методичне забезпечення оцінювання контрагента (покупця) яка передбачає необхідність враховувати не тільки фактичний одномоментний прибуток, який одержаний від реалізації товару, але і перспективність взаємин, спрямованих на збільшення прибутку майбутніх періодів, імідж підприємства, його позиціонування на ринку. Сформульовані в кваліфікаційній роботі магістра теоретичні узагальнення та практичні рекомендації щодо удосконалення управління прибутком можуть бути застосовані на підприємствах.

EN : The work is presented on 106 pages of printed text, contains 28 tables, 23 figures, 2 annex. The list of referеnces includes 72 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of research is the processes of profit management of the company LLC "NIKA-INVEST 2007" as a component of its financial security. The subject of the study is the financial relations that arise in the process of formation, distribution and use of enterprise profits. The purpose of the master's qualification work is to substantiate the theoretical, methodological and practical recommendations for the formation of an effective system of enterprise profit management. Methods of research. The methodological basis of this study is the dialectical method of cognition of economic phenomena, the provisions of economic theory on profit management, modern management theory. In the course of the research logical and empirical methods of cognition of mechanisms and forms of financial management, as well as methods of comparative, statistical analysis, forecasting of economic processes, graphoanalytical methods of reflection of research results were widely used. The priority of using this or that method was determined by a specific task and goal. The information base for writing a qualifying work will include: textbooks, monographs and scientific articles by domestic and foreign authors, materials of scientific and practical conferences. In addition, the financial statements of «NIKA INVEST 2007» LLC were used. The obtained results and their novelty: improved the method of forecasting the level of profitability of the enterprise through the use of an integrated indicator based on economic and mathematical methods and existing approaches to assessing the financial condition of the enterprise in retrospect; methodological support for evaluating the counterparty (buyer) has been further developed, which provides for the need to take into account not only the actual one-time profit received from the sale of goods, but also the prospects of relationships aimed at increasing futureprofits, image of the company. Theoretical generalizations and practical recommendations for improving profit management formulated in the master's qualification work can be applied at enterprises.
