Abstract

UA : Предмет дослідження: теоретичні аспекти та практичний інструментарій реалізації функціональних стратегій металургійного підприємства. Об’єкт дослідження: процес управління однією з функціональних стратегій на підприємстві ПАТ «Дніпроспецсталь», а саме стратегією зовнішньоекономічної діяльності. Мета дослідження — подальший розвиток та розробка теоретичних положень і науково-методичних рекомендацій щодо формування та вдосконалення організаційного забезпечення функціональної стратегії зовнішньоекономічної діяльності металургійного підприємства. Методи дослідження: аналіз, синтез, індукція. Специфіка даного дослідження полягає у вирішенні наступних завдань: проаналізовано теоретико-методологічні аспекти організаційного забезпечення функціональних стратегій підприємства; надано загальну характеристика металургійному підприємству ПАТ «Дніпроспецсталь»; вивчено процес трансформації системи організаційного забезпечення функціональної стратегії ПАТ «Дніпроспецсталь»; проаналізовано ефективність організаційного забезпечення функціональної стратегії ПАТ «Дніпроспецсталь»; визначено перспективні напрямки вдосконалення організаційного механізму ЗЕД ПАТ «Дніпроспецсталь» за рахунок адаптації механізму організації зовнішньоекономічної діяльності компанії; вдосконалення механізму організації ЗЕД ПАТ «Дніпроспецсталь» шляхом побудови системи представництв та агентів зі збуту.
