Фактори управлінської культури керівника закладу вищої освіти

Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження – керівники Запорізького національного університету. Предметом дослідження є сутність, структура та функції управління культури керівника ЗНУ. Методи дослідження – описовий, порівняльний, економіко-статистичний експертних оцінок, аналітичний, метод порівняння переваг, метод розстановки пріоритетів. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є вивчення факторів управлінської культури керівника закладу вищої освіти. Формування управлінської культури керівників закладів вищої освіти випливає з об’єктивної необхідності інтенсивної зміни освітніх систем, що потребує постійного вивчення процесів, що відбуваються в університеті, з точки зору нового лідерського усвідомлення та мислення. Сучасний керівник може ефективно вирішувати педагогічні проблеми, якщо має достатньо наукових знань в управлінні та якщо він змістовно планує, організовує, мотивує та контролює роботу педагогічних працівників. Менеджмент завжди мав особливу цінність. Зі зростанням технічних знань людини і суспільства, з розвитком науки, технологій, особливо інформаційних, подальшим наступом на людину цивілізації відбувається втрата людиною, суспільством та державою духовно-моральної унікальної якості, яка може перебувати лише у сфері культури. Завдання, які необхідно вирішити для досягнення мети роботи: - вивчення теоретичних засад розвитку управлінської культури керівників закладів вищої освіти; - розгляд функціонального підхіда до формування управлінської культури менеджера освіти; - розгляд управлінської культури менеджера освіти в сучасних умовах - дослідження вітчизняного ринку освітніх послуг; - аналізування стану розвитку управлінської культури керівників ЗНУ; - діагностування управлінської культури керівників ЗНУ; - розглянути шляхи підвищення управлінської культури керівника закладу вищої освіти в сучасному освітньому середовищі.

EN : The object of research is the heads of Zaporizhia National University. The subject of the study is the essence, structure and functions of culture management of the head of ZNU. Research methods - descriptive, comparative, economic and statistical expert assessments, analytical, the method of comparing preferences, the method of prioritization. The purpose of the master's qualification work is to study the factors of management culture of the head of a higher education institution. The formation of managerial culture of heads of higher education institutions stems from the objective need for intensive change of educational systems, which requires constant study of the processes taking place at the university, in terms of new leadership awareness and thinking. A modern leader can effectively solve pedagogical problems if he has sufficient scientific knowledge in management and if he contently plans, organizes, motivates and controls the work of teachers. Management has always been of special value. With the growth of technical knowledge of man and society, with the development of science, technology, especially information, the subsequent attack on human civilization is the loss of man, society and the state of spiritual and moral unique quality, which can only be in culture. Tasks that need to be solved to achieve the goal: - study of the theoretical foundations of the development of management culture of heads of higher education institutions; - consideration of a functional approach to the formation of management culture of the education manager; - consideration of the managerial culture of the education manager in modern conditions - research of the domestic market of educational services; - analysis of the state of development of managerial culture of ZNU leaders; - diagnosing the management culture of ZNU leaders; - to consider ways to improve the management culture of the head of a higher education institution in a modern educational environment.
