Abstract

UA : Предмет дослідження: теоретичні та практичні аспекти організації надання інжинірингових послуг підприємством. Об’єкт дослідження: організація надання інжинірингових послуг ДП «Івченко-Прогрес». Мета дослідження: розробка рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності надання інжинірингових послуг ДП «Запорізьке машинобудівне конструкторське бюро «Прогрес» імені академіка А. Г. Івченко». Методи дослідження: емпіричний, аналізу і синтезу, системного та ситуаційного аналізу, експертного опитування, графічний, моделювання, логічного узагальнення. Специфіка роботи полягає в усебічному дослідженні функціонування ДП «Івченко-Прогрес» у сфері надання інжинірингових послуг. Зокрема проаналізовано організаційно-економічну діяльність ДП «Івченко-Прогрес»; наведено характеристику асортименту продукції підприємства; досліджено організацію надання інжинірингових послуг ДП «Івченко-Прогрес» із забезпечення безпечної та ефективної експлуатації авіатехніки та наземних газотурбінних приводів. У роботі досліджено сутність інжинірингових послуг та їх класифікацію; основні принципи розроблення програми інжинірингових робіт; планування та організацію інжинірингової діяльності. Запропоновано основні напрямки підвищення ефективності функціонування ДП «Івченко-Прогрес» у сфері надання інжинірингових послуг. Розроблено управлінські заходи підприємства, спрямовані на підвищення ефективності надання інжинірингових послуг.

EN : The subject of the research: theoretical and practical aspects of the organization of engineering services by the enterprise. The object of the research: organization of engineering services by the State Enterprise «Ivchenko-Progress». The purpose of the thesis for the master’s degree is to develop the recommendations of the improving the efficiency of engineering services of the SE «Zaporizhzhia Machine-Building Design Bureau «Progress» named after Academician A. H. Ivchenko». The research methods: empirical, analysis and synthesis, system and situational analysis, expert survey, graphic, modeling, logical generalization. The specificity of this work is in a comprehensive studying the functioning of the SE «Ivchenko-Progress» in the field of providing the engineering services. In particular, the organizational and economic activities of the SE «Ivchenko-Progress» were analyzed; the characteristics of the enterprise’s range of products were given; the organization of engineering services by the SE «Ivchenko-Progress» for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of aircraft and ground gas turbine drives was investigated. The research analyzes the essence of engineering services and its classification; the basic principles for developing an engineering work program; the processes of planning and organization of engineering activities at the enterprise. The main directions of increasing the efficiency of functioning of SE «Ivchenko-Progress» in the field of engineering services were proposed. The administrative measures for the improving the efficiency of the enterprise’s engineering services were developed.
