Застосування кластерної моделі для підвищення конкурентоспроможності регіональних підприємств ІТ-індустрії

Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження: теоретичні та практичні аспекти функціонування ІТ-кластерів у системі інноваційного розвитку регіонів. Предмет дослідження: кластерна модель функціонування Львівського IT-кластера як механізм підвищення конкурентоспроможності регіональних підприємств-учасників кластера. Мета дослідження: розробка стратегії формування кластерів в ІТ-індустрії як інструмента інноваційного розвитку IT-компаній. Методи дослідження: емпіричний, аналіз і синтез, моделювання, системний і ситуаційний аналіз, логічне узагальнення. Специфіка даної роботи полягає у дослідженні теоретичних і практичних аспектів розробки та реалізації кластерної моделі розвитку підприємств IT-галузі. У роботі досліджено зарубіжний досвід інноваційного розвитку підприємств ІТ-індустрії на основі кластерного підходу. Проаналізовано основні тенденції розвитку IT-галузі в Україні. Досліджено стан формування ІТ-кластерів в Україні. Надано характеристику діяльності Львівського IT-кластера. На основі PEST-аналізу визначено фактори зовнішнього середовища формування та розвитку ІТ-кластера. На основі проведеного дослідження запропоновано механізм розробки стратегії формування кластерів в ІТ-індустрії.

EN : The object of the research: theoretical and practical aspects of the functioning of IT-cluster in the system of innovative development of regions. The subject of the research: the cluster model of functioning of the Lviv IT-cluster as a mechanism to increase the competitiveness of regional enterprises-participants of the cluster. The purpose of the thesis for the master’s degree is to develop the strategy for the formation of clusters in the IT-industry as a tool for innovative development of IT-companies. The research methods: empirical, analysis and synthesis, modeling, system and situational analysis, logical generalization. The specificity of this work is to study the theoretical and practical aspects of the development and implementation the cluster model of IT-enterprise’s development. The research analyzes the foreign experience of innovative development of enterprises of the IT-industry on the basis of the cluster approach. The main trends of the development of the IT-industry in Ukraine were analyzed. The state of formation the IT-clusters in Ukraine was investigated. The characteristic of activity of the Lviv IT-cluster was given. Based on PEST-analysis, the factors of the external environment of formation and development of the IT-cluster were determined. On the basis of the research the mechanism of development of the strategy for the formation the clusters in the IT-industry was offered.
