Роль та значення банківського нагляду для розвитку банківської системи Україні

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 117 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 12 таблиць, 17 рисунків, 1 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 100 джерел,з них 12 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес банківського нагляду в Україні. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні основи та практичні аспекти ролі та значення банківського нагляду для розвитку банківської системи України. Метою роботи є узагальнення теоретичних основ щодо ролі та значення банківського нагляду, розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо його вдосконалення та підвищення його ролі в розвитку банківської системи України. Завдання: 1) розглянути економічну сутність, роль та значення банківського нагляду; 2) розкрити основні види, функції та завдання банківського нагляду для розвитку банківської системи; 3) проаналізувати основні показники діяльності банків України; 4) розробити шляхи вдосконалення банківського нагляду. Методи досліджень: системний, історичний (при визначенні та аналізі еволюції теоретичних поглядів, узагальненні зарубіжних підходів), економіко-статистичний, графічний, табличний, порівняльний (при дослідженні показників діяльності банків), економіко-математичний, логічний. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) стратегічні напрями вдосконалення банківського нагляду для розвитку банківської системи України з урахуванням міжнародного досвіду в умовах сучасної світової фінансової кризи; 2) теоретичні підходи до визначення банківського нагляду, його ролі, функцій, органів його здійснення. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Розробленні рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення банківського нагляду в Україні в сучасних умовах.

EN : The work is presented on 117 pages of printed text, contains 12 tables, 17 figures, 1 annex. The list of referеnces includes 100 sources, 12 of them in foreign languages. The object of research is the process of banking supervision in Ukraine. The subject of research is the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of the role and importance of banking supervision for the development of the banking system of Ukraine. The aim of the work is to generalize the theoretical foundations of the role and importance of banking supervision, to develop practical recommendations for its improvement and increase its role in the development of the banking system of Ukraine. Tasks: 1) to consider the economic essence, role and importance of banking supervision; 2) disclose the main types, functions and tasks of banking supervision for the development of the banking system; 3) substantiate the peculiarities of banking supervision of the National Bank of Ukraine; 4) analyze the main performance indicators of Ukrainian banks; 5) develop ways to improve banking supervision; 5) to analyze the directions of increasing the role of banking supervision for the development of the banking system of Ukraine. Research methods: systemic, historical (in determining and analyzing the evolution of theoretical views, generalization of foreign approaches), economic-statistical, graphical, tabular, comparative (in the study of performance indicators of banks), economic-mathematical, logical. Methods of analysis: grouping, forecasting (in the development of promising ways of development and improving the efficiency of banking supervision in Ukraine). The obtained results and their novelty: 1) strategic directions of improvement of banking supervision for the development of the banking system of Ukraine taking into account the international experience in the conditions of the modern world financial crisis; 2) theoretical approaches to the definition of banking supervision, its role, functions, bodies of its implementation. The practical significance of the obtained results. Development of recommendations for improving banking supervision in Ukraine in modern conditions.
