Антикризове управління фінансовою діяльністю ПрАТ «Запорізький електровозоремонтний завод» та розробка заходів запобігання банкрутству

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 90 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 16 таблиць, 10 рисунків, 9 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 70 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є фінансовий стан підприємства. Предметом дослідження є фінансові показники, що виникають у процесі господарської діяльності підприємства. Метою роботи є встановлення фактичного фінансового стану з метою попередження кризи та банкрутства. Завдання: 1) аналіз методологічних основ антикризового управління; 2) аналіз методів оцінки ймовірності банкрутства підприємства; 3) оцінка фінансового стану ПрАТ «ЗЕРЗ»; 4) формування стратегії антикризового управління; 5) розробка заходів покращення оцінки банкрутства. Методи досліджень: діалектичний метод пізнання, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, методи дедукції та індукції, аналізу та синтезу, метод математичного моделювання. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) отримано оцінку результатів фінансової діяльності підприємства; 2) розроблено стратегію антикризового управління та методику покращення оцінки ймовірності настання банкрутства. Практичне значення одержаних результатів: отримані показники оцінки фінансового стану, стратегії антикризового управління та покращення методики прогнозування ймовірності настання банкрутства можуть бути корисними не лише для ПрАТ «ЗЕРЗ», але і для інших подібних підприємств.

EN : The work is presented on 90 pages of printed text, contains 16 tables, 10 figures, 9 annex. The list of referеnces includes 70 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of research is the financial condition of the enterprise. The subject of the study are financial indicators that arise in the course of economic activity of the enterprise. The purpose of the work is to establish the actual financial situation in order to prevent crisis and bankruptcy. Tasks: 1) analysis of methodological bases of crisis management; 2) analysis of methods for assessing the probability of bankruptcy of the enterprise; 3) assessment of the financial condition of PJSC "ZERZ"; 4) formation of anti-crisis management strategy; 5) development of measures to improve the assessment of bankruptcy. Research methods: dialectical method of cognition, system, complex and structural-functional approach, quantitative analysis, methods of deduction and induction, analysis and synthesis, method of mathematical modeling. The paper analyzes the main trends of fluctuations in the financial activities of industrial enterprises of Ukraine on the example of PJSC "Zaporizhzhya Electric Locomotive Repair Plant". The key factors and reasons for changing the financial performance of the enterprise are identified. The influence of external factors on the reduction of financial efficiency is characterized. The analysis of a particular enterprise reflects the general situation in the machine-building industry of Ukraine, as each enterprise is equally exposed to external factors of financial condition, although it does not determine how to respond to external threats. The obtained results and their novelty: 1) the estimation of results of financial activity of the enterprise is received; 2) the strategy of anti-crisis management and the technique of improvement of an estimation of probability of occurrence of bankruptcy are developed. Practical significance of the obtained results: the obtained indicators of financial condition assessment, crisis management strategies and improvement of the methodology of probability of bankruptcy can be useful not only for PJSC "ZERZ", but also for other similar enterprises.
