Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 94 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить, 10 таблиць, 8 рисунків, 3 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 71 джерело, з них 4 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є шляхи та механізми вдосконалення фінансової політики. Предметом дослідження є формування механізмів в процесі управління фінансовою політикою підприємства в кризових умовах. Метою роботи є вдосконалення фінансової політики підприємства в кризових умовах, за допомогою механізмів та методів управління. Завдання: 1) аналіз літературних даних з питань формування та виконання фінансової політики; 2) оцінка діяльності ПАТ «Дніпропетровський стрілочний завод» 3) оцінка та аналіз фінансового стану ПАТ «Дніпропетровський стрілочний завод» 4) аналіз фінансової політики ПАТ «Дніпропетровський стрілочний завод» 5) розробка шляхів вдосконалення фінансової політики ПАТ«Дніпропетровський стрілочний завод» в кризових умовах. Методи досліджень: метод математичного моделювання, метод узагальнення, дедукції та індукції, комплексного аналізу та синтезу, системний та комплексний підхід. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) отримано механізми фінансової політики; 2) розроблено шляхи вдосконалення фінансової політики. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Пропозиції щодо формування, виконання та ефективного управління фінансовою політикою підприємства в кризових умовах, можуть бути використані в діяльності виробничих підприємств.

The object of the research is ways and mechanisms to improve financial policy. The subject of the research is the formation of mechanisms in the process of management of enterprise financial policy in crisis conditions. The purpose of the work is to improve the financial policy of the enterprise in crisis conditions, using the mechanisms and methods of management, analysis and research of the enterprise using the financial policy of the enterprise. According to the results of research and analysis of financial policy at the enterprise, possible ways of predicting crisis phenomena and solving problems related to them are proposed. The practical significance of the obtained results. Proposals on formation, implementation and effective management of the financial policy of the enterprise under crisis conditions can be used in the activities of production enterprises.
