Структурна організація зоопланктону трансформованної ділянки річки Мокра Московка

Abstract

UA : У роботі 82 сторінки, 5 таблиць, 4 рисунки, 3 додатка, було використано 65 літературних джерел. Об’єкт дослідження – угруповання зоопланктону р. Мокра Московка в межах урбоекосистеми м. Запоріжжя. Предмет дослідження – структурні показники зоопланктону на всіх обстежених ділянках річки Мокра Московка та гідрохімічні показники води. Методи досліджень: польові та лабораторні методи дослідження якісного складу, кількісного розвитку та просторового розподілу організмів зоопланктону. Метою роботи було вивчити видовий склад та структурну організацію зоопланктону річки Мокра Московка в межах урбоекосистеми. Для досягнення мети роботи потрібно виконати наступні завдання: 1) Вивчити видовий склад, представленість екологічних, таксономічних та трофічних груп зоопланктону річки Мокра Московка. 2) Дослідити кількісні показники розвитку угруповань зоопланктону досліджених ділянок малої річки. 3) Оцінити сапробіологічний стан річки Мокра Московка на основі індикаторних видів зоопланктону. Одержаний матеріал є необхідним при визначенні стану річкових екосистем та служить складовою частиною оцінки сучасного екологічного стану рекреаційних водойм міста.

EN : In the work of 82 pages, 5 table, 4 pictures, 3 addition, 65 literary sources were used. The object of research is a group of zooplankton in the Mokra Moskovka River within the urban ecosystem of Zaporizhia. The subject of research - structural indicators of zooplankton in all surveyed areas of the river Mokra Moskovka and hydrochemical parameters of water. Research methods: field and laboratory methods of research of qualitative composition, quantitative development and spatial distribution of zooplankton organisms. The aim of the work was to study the species composition and structural organization of zooplankton of the Mokra Moskovka River within the urban ecosystem. To achieve the goal of the work you need to perform the following tasks: 1) To study the species composition, representation of ecological, taxonomic and trophic groups of zooplankton of the river Mokra Moskovka. 2) To investigate the quantitative indicators of the development of zooplankton groups of the studied areas of a small river. 3) Assess the saprobiological state of the river Mokra Moskovka on the basis of indicator species of zooplankton. The obtained material is necessary for determining the state of river ecosystems and is an integral part of the assessment of the current ecological state of recreational water bodies of the city.
