Діагностика стабільності корпорацій: проблеми та перспективи розвитку. ПрАТ «Запоріжвогнетрив»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 94 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 42 таблиці, 12 рисунків, 6 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 85 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослiдження є результати фiнансово-господарської дiяльностi дослiджуваного пiдприємства ПрАТ «Запоріжвогнетрив». Предметом дослiдження є корпорація ПрАТ «Запоріжвогнетрив». Метою квалiфiкацiйної роботи магiстра є дослiдження теоретичних та практичних аспектів стабільності корпорації, а також на основі фінансової діагностики корпорації розроблення рекомендацій щодо реалізації заходів з метою підвищення ефективності роботи корпорації ПрАТ «Запоріжвогнетрив». Завдання: 1) дослідити підприємство та фінансово-економічний стан підприємства; 2) дослідити теоретичні аспекти діагностування стабільності корпорації; 3) дослідити організаційно-економічну характеристику ПрАТ «Запоріжвогнетрив»; 4) проаналізувати фінансовий стан, як індикатор рівня фінансової кризи на підприємстві; 5) оцінити фінансову кризу ПрАТ «Запоріжвогнетрив» на основі вірогідного його банкрутства; 6) удосконалити методики оцінювання фінансового стану ПрАТ «Запоріжвогнетрив»; 7) розробити шляхи попередження кризового розвитку підприємства ПрАТ «Запоріжвогнетрив». Методи дослiджень: графічний метод, табличний метод, узагальнення та систематизація, метод порівняння. Одержанi результати та їх новизна: розроблено авторські пропозиції щодо удосконалення діагностики стабільності ПрАТ «Запоріжвогнетрив». Практична значимість цього дослідження пов’язана з впровадженням отриманих результатів ПрАТ «Запоріжвогнетрив» з метою підвищення ефективності роботи підприємства.

EN : The work is presented on 94 pages of printed text, contains 42 tables, 12 figures,6 annex. The list of references includes 85 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of research is the results of financial and economic activities of the researched enterprise PJSC "Zaporizhvognetriv". The subject of the research is the corporation PJSC "Zaporizhvognetriv". The purpose of the master's qualification work is to study the theoretical and practical aspects of the corporation's stability, as well as on the basis of the corporation's financial diagnostics to develop recommendations for implementing measures to improve the efficiency of the corporation PJSC "Zaporizhvognetriv". Task: 1) to investigate the enterprise and the financial and economic condition of the enterprise; 2) explore the theoretical aspects of diagnosing the stability of the corporation; 3) to study the organizational and economic characteristics of PJSC "Zaporizhvognetriv"; 4) analyze the financial condition as an indicator of the level of financial crisis in the enterprise; 5) assess the financial crisis of PJSC "Zaporizhvognetriv" on the basis of its probable bankruptcy; 6) to improve the methods of assessing the financial condition of PJSC "Zaporizhvognetriv"; 7) to develop ways to prevent crisis development of the enterprise of PJSC "Zaporizhvognetriv". Research methods: methods of analysis and synthesis, comparative and economic analysis, graphic method, statistical, abstract-logical, descriptive and summary. The obtained results and their novelty: despite the insufficient amount of literature on the chosen research topic, the author’s proposals for improving the stability diagnosis of PJSC "Zaporizhvognetriv" were developed. The practical significance of this study is related to the implementation of the results of PJSC "Zaporizhvognetriv" in order to improve the efficiency of the enterprise. Object - stability diagnostics of PJSC "Zaporizhvognetriv". 6 Subject - theoretical provisions and scientific and methodological approaches, as well as applied aspects for the diagnosis of stability of PJSC "Zaporizhvognetriv".
