Аналіз сучасного стану організації вітчизняного будівельного виробництва в порівнянні з іноземними методами

Abstract

UA : Обґрунтовано потреба у відповідному інструментарії розвитку процесів організації будівництва, що передбачає розробку не лише пропозицій щодо формування структур управління, але й створення комплексу організаційно-технологічних моделей, зміст яких був би підпорядкований змісту нових завдань будівельно-інжинірингових фірм з управління ресурсами в процесі підготовки та впровадження будівельних проектів та цілісного методологічного інструменту, який визначав би на засадах логістики шляхи та механізми оновлення процесів організації будівництва, зміну змісту провідного виконавця, що реалізований в інноваційних моделях та методиках організаційно-технологічного моделювання.

EN : The analysis of in-methodological approaches is in-process considered in relation to development of processes of organization of building as compared to foreign methods. And also the lighted up general issues of the modern state of organization of building of Ukraine, the different aspects of organization of building production are investigational, such as a role of organization in industry of building, logistical support of building production, technical adjusting in building. Reasonably of requirement in the corresponding tool of development of processes of organization of building, that foresees development of not only suggestions in relation to forming of management structures but also creation of complex of organizationally technological models, maintenance of that would be inferior to maintenance of new tasks of building - engineering firms from a management resources in the process of preparation and introduction of building projects and integral methodological instrument, that would determine on principles of logistic ways and mechanisms of updating of processes of organization of building, change of maintenance of leading performer that is realized in innovative models and methodologies of organizationally technological design.
