Клініко-біохімічні показники периферичної крові у людей різного віку при опіках І-ІІ ступеню

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 83 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 13 таблиць та 12 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 71 джерело, в тому числі латиницею ‒ 24. Метою роботи було вивчення особливостей клінічних та біохімічних показників крові при опіках І-ІІ ступеня в залежності від віку і статі. Методи дослідження – клінічні, біохімічні, математичні, статистичні. Матеріалом для дослідження була кров хворих з опіках І-ІІ ступеняю. Встановлено, що у всіх групах підвищувались лейкоцити, нейтрофільні гранулоцити, базофіли, глюкоза, індекси ІЗЛ, ІСНМ, ІСНЛ та ЛІІ, знижувався вміст лімфоцитів та ІСЛЕ. У хворих 7-18 років відмічено достовірне зростання еозинофілів та базофілів, в 19-35 років ‒ зрушення інтегральних індексів, в 36-50 років ‒ зростання глюкози та глікозильованого гемоглобіну. За гендерним розподілом у жінок від 19 до 35 років знижувався вміст лімфоцитів, ІСЛЕ, зростали ІЗЛ, ІСЛМ, ІСНЛ, в 36-50 років ‒ глiкозильований гемоглобін, у чоловіків в 36 - 50 років підвищувались ПЯН та моноцити. Нoвизна poбoти. Вперше пpoвeдeнo дослідження вікових і гендерних особливостей клініко-імунологічних та біохімічних показників периферичної крові у хворих з термічними опіками І-ІІ ступеню. Значущість роботи. Результати дослідження поширюють уявлення про зміни клініко-біохімічних показників та формування імунної відповіді при опіках І-ІІ ступеня у хворих від 7 до 50 років в залежності від віку та статі. Отримані результати можуть бути використані для оптимізації лабораторних критеріїв прогнозування перебігу та профілактики ускладнень опікових уражень у хворих в залежності від віку та статі.

The object of research is a study of the clinical and biochemical features of peripheral blood indices of patients with the 1st and 2nd degree burns depending on their age and gender. Methods of the research – clinical biochemical, mathematical, statistical. The material for the research was the blood of patients with burns of the 1st and 2nd degree. Was discovered, that patients from all the groups had increased amount of leucocytes, neutrophilic granulocytes, basophils, glucose, indices LSI, NMR, NLR and LII decreased amount of lymphocytes and LER. Patients aged from 7 to 18 had a rise in the eosinophils and basophils amount, from 19 to 35 had a shift of integral indices, from 36 to 50 years had an increase in glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin. According to the gender distribution women aged between 19 and 35 years had a decrease in lymphocytes, LER and an increase in LSI, NMR, NLR, women from 36 to 50 years old had an increase in glycosylated hemoglobin, men aged from 36 to 50 had an increase in the rod neutrophils amount and monocytes. Novelty of the research. For the first time, age and gender characteristics of clinical, immunological and biochemical indices of peripheral blood of patients with thermal burns of I-II degree were analyzed. Significance of the research. Received results widen concept of changes of clinical and biochemical indices and immune response formation of patients between the ages of 7 and 50 with burns depending on the gender and age. Received results might be used for development of accessible laboratory criteria to predict the progress and ways of prevention complications of burns, depending on the age and gender.
