Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 88 с., 8 таблиць, 2 рисунки, 64 джерел. Мета дослідження – теоретично обґрунтувати та експериментально перевірити інноваційні моделі соціальної роботи з людьми похилого віку в умовах терцентру. Об’єкт роботи – процес соціальної роботи з людьми похилого віку. Предмет – інноваційна соціально-педагогічна діяльність з людьми похилого віку у територіальному центрі соціального обслуговування. Відповідно до мети, визначено такі завдання дослідження: 1. Вивчити психолого-педагогічні особливості людей похилого віку. 2. Проаналізувати сутність поняття «соціальна робота з людьми похилого віку». 3. Визначити зміст, форми та методи соціальної роботи з людьми похилого віку в умовах терцентру. 4. Розробити та впровадити інноваційну модель соціальної роботи з людьми похилого віку у терцентрі. Методи дослідження: загальні методи наукового пізнання: діалектичний, логічний, історичний; теоретичні: аналіз літературних джерел з метою визначення науково-теоретичного підґрунтя дослідження, аналіз і синтез передового науково-практичного досвіду з даної проблеми; емпіричні: діагностичні методи, відповідні завданням дослідження – спостереження, бесіда, порівняння, експеримент, моделювання. Галузь використання: заклади системи соціального захисту; центри соціальних служб.

EN : The qualifying work consists of introduction, 2 parts, findings, list of literature (64 items). The qualifying work volume is 88 pages long, 79 of them – main text. There are 8 tables and 2 illustrations. The qualifying work gives theoretical survey and describes the experimental research of innovative models of social work with the elderly. The research object: the process of social work with the elderly. The research subject: innovative socio-pedagogical activities with the elderly in the territorial center of social services. The research purpose: theoretical background and practical test of innovative models of social work with the elderly in the territorial center of social services. The research tasks are: 1. To study the psychological and pedagogical characteristics of the elderly. 2. Analyze the essence of the concept of «social work with the elderly». 3. To determine the content, forms and methods of social work with the elderly in the tercentre. 4. Develop and implement an innovative model of social work with the elderly in the tercentre. The part 1. «Theoretical foundations of social work with the elderly» provides a psychological and pedagogical characteristics of the elderly; considers social work with the elderly as a scientific problem; covers the content, forms and methods of social work with the elderly in the territorial center of social services. The part 2. «Experimental study of the innovative model of social work with the elderly in the tercentre» substantiates the criteria for the effectiveness of social work with the elderly; describes the state of the «general life situation» of the elderly (on the example of ZMTCSO); highlights the features of the implementation of an innovative model of social work with the elderly in the territorial center of social services. Analysis of the results confirms the effectiveness of the developed and implemented program.
