Клініко-біохімічні показники крові та ліквору при гідроцефалії

Abstract

UA : Дана робота викладена на 76 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 6 таблиць та 9 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 68 джерел, в тому числі латиницею ‒ 22. Метою роботи було вивчення динаміки загально-клінічних і біохімічних показників крові та ліквору при вродженій та набутій гідроцефалії в процесі лікування. Методи дослідження: загально-клінічні, біохімічні, статистичні. Матеріалом для дослідження була кров та ліквор хворих з гідроцефалією. У результаті дослідження крові хворих з гідроцефалією при вродженій формі виявлено підвищення глюкози на І етапі з тенденцією до відновлення показника та стійке зростання активності АЛТ, при набутій формі в крові відбувалось підвищення ШОЕ на всіх етапах дослідження та вмісту лейкоцитів на І та ІІ етапах, в лікворі ‒ збільшення вмісту лейкоцитів та загального білку. Ступінь прояву змін залежав від етапу дослідження Нoвизна poбoти. Вперше проведено дослідження структури захворюваності на гідроцефалію та вивчення проявів захворювання в умовах сьогодення в Черкаськiй областi, що дозволяє прогнозувати ефективність лікувальних заходів. Значущість роботи – результати дослідження поширюють уявлення про зміни клініко-біохімічних показників крові і ліквору хворих з вродженою та набутою гідроцефалією в динаміці лікування. Отримані результати роботи можуть бути використані для розробки заходів по зменшенню частоти ускладнень у хворих з гідроцефалією та зниженню їх смертності.

Workʼs purpose was to study the dynamics of clinical and biochemical parameters of blood and cerebrospinal fluid during the treatment of congenital and acquired hydrocephalus. Research methods: clinical, biochemical, statistical. Material for the research was the blood of patients with hydrocephalus. As a result of blood tests it was discovered that patients with congenital form of hydrocephalus have an increase in glucose at the first stage with a tendency to recover and a steady increase in ALT activity, in the case of the acquired form there was an increase in ESR at all stages of the study and an increase in leukocytes at the first and second stages, also there was an increase in the content of leukocytes and total protein in the cerebrospinal fluid. A study of the structure of the incidence of hydrocephalus and the characteristics of the disease in modern conditions of Cherkasy region was conducted for the first time, which allows us to predict the effectiveness of treatment Workʼs significance – the results of research widen a concept of how do clinical and biochemical parameters of blood and cerebrospinal fluid of patients with congenital and acquired hydrocephalus change in the dynamics of treatment. The obtained results can be used to develop measures to reduce the incidence of complications for patients with hydrocephalus and reduce mortality.
