Лексико-семантичне поле «Людина» у нортумбрійському діалекті англійської мови

Abstract

EN : The work is presented on 65 pages of printed text. The list of references includes 75 sources. The object of the given study is the lexical-semantic field HUMAN in the Northumbrian English in the end of the 19 century. The purpose is to analyze the structure the lexical-semantic field HUMAN in the Northumbrian English in the end of the 19 century. The theoretical and methodological foundations: the research is based on the works of national and foreign scientists devoted to actual problems of the concept theory (V.I. Karasyk [Karasyk 2005], D. S. Likhachev [Likhachev 1997], O. S. Kubryakova [Kubryakova 2004], Y. A. Sternin [Sternin 2003], Z. D. Popova [Popova 2003]), in particular the works related to the study of conceptual model creation problems (O. O. Potebnya [Potebnya 1993 ], M. V. Pimenova [Pimenova 2004], N.V. Kryuchkova [Kryuchkova 2005], M. L. Kovshova [Kovsevaya 2006]). The obtained results: the nuclear zone of the lexical-semantic field HUMAN in the Northumbrian English in the end of the 19 century is formed by the most prototypical representatives of the categories, which share the maximum of common properties with the remaining members of these categories namely the human subjective evaluable characteristics and the minimum of properties with members of other categories such as the human activities spheres, the life space and the life/death. The nuclear-peripheral structure of the lexical-semantic field HUMAN is subordinated to the semantic peculiarity: from general to individual, from semantically obligatory to optional. All the constituents of this lexical-semantic field are associated with hyperon-hyponymic, that is, genus-species, relations in the lexical system of the in the Northumbrian English in the end of the 19 century.

Предмет дослідження: лексичні одиниці, які входять до складу лексико-семантичного поля «Людина» в нортумбрійському діалекті англійської мови наприкінці 19 століття. Мета даного дослідження – виявлення і аналіз складових лексико семантичного поля «Людина» в нортумбрійському діалекті англійської мови наприкінці 19 століття. Теоретико-методологічні засади: звернення сучасної наукової думки до проблем дослідження лексико-семантичного поля та функціонування мовних одиниць, що входять до його складу (Г.А. Уфімцева, Л.М. Васильєв, Ю.Д. Апресян, І.М. Кобозева, О.О. Селіванова, З.Н. Вердієва та ін.). Отримані результати. Ядерну зону семантичного поля «Людина» формують найбільш прототипові представники категорій, які поділяють максимум загальних властивостей із рештою членів цих категорій і мінімум властивостей із членами інших категорій. Ядерно-периферійне структурування семантичного поля підпорядковано семантичній ознаці: від загального до окремого, від семантично облігаторного до факультативного. Усі конституанти семантичного поля «Людина» пов’язані гіперон-гіпонімічними, тобто родо видовими, відношеннями в лексичній системі мови.
