UA : В кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто теоретико-методологічні засади мотивації праці посадових осіб виконавчих органів місцевого самоврядування. Розглянуто особливості формування управління мотивації праці посадових осіб виконавчих органів місцевого самоврядування.
