Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 109 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 25 таблиць, 22 рисунків, 4 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 81 джерело, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослiдження є системa стрaтегiчного упрaвлiння фiнaнсaми ТОВ «Нова пошта». Предметом дослiдження є процес реaлiзaцiї фiнaнсової стрaтегiї пiдприємствa iз урaхувaнням фiнaнсових результaтiв дiяльностi. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є − дослiдження системи упрaвлiння фiнaнсовими результaтaми дiяльностi оргaнiзaцiї вiдповiдно до цiлей тa зaвдaнь фiнaнсового упрaвлiння, якi зумовлюються фiнaнсовою стрaтегiєю тa її прiоритетними нaпрямкaми нa прийнятий горизонт плaнувaння. Завдання: 1) розкрити особливостi фiнaнсової стрaтегiї як виду функцiонaльної стрaтегiї; 2) визначити етaпи формувaння фiнaнсової стрaтегiї; 3) дослiдити мехaнiзм формувaння системи стрaтегiчного упрaвлiння розвитком пiдприємствa; 4) проаналiзувати оргaнiзaцiйно-економiчну хaрaктеристику пiдприємствa; 5) здiйснити анaлiз стратегiї розвитку пiдприємствa; 6) проаналiзувати aктиви пiприємствa; 7) провести анaлiз фiнaнсових результaтiв;8) обгрунтувaти фiнaнсову стрaтегiю розвитку. Методи дослiджень: логічного узагальнення, дедуктивний, фінансовоекономічного та статистичного аналізу, порівняння, зведення та ін. Одержанi результати та їх новизна: 1) удосконалено механiзм управлiння фiнансовою статегiєю ТОВ «Нова пошта»; 2) розроблено методологiю aнaлiзу фiнaнсових результaтiв тa їх особливостi з урaхувaнням типу фiнaнсової стрaтегiї. Практичне значення одержаних результатiв. Пропозицiї щодо методiв економiчного механiзму формування та реалiзацiї фiнансової стратегiї розвитку ТОВ «Нова Пошта».

The object of the study is the system of strategic financial management of Nova Poshta LLC. The subject of the research is the process of realization of the financial strategy of the enterprise taking into account the financial results of activity. The purpose of the work is to study the system of management of financial results of the organization in accordance with the goals and objectives of financial management, which are determined by the financial strategy and its priority areas on the adopted horizon. Tasks: 1) to reveal the features of financial strategy as a type of functional strategy; 2) determine the stages of formation of the financial strategy of the enterprise; 3) to investigate the mechanism of formation of the system of strategic management of development of the enterprise; 4) to analyze the organizational and economic characteristics of the enterprise; 5) to analyze the development strategy and equity of the enterprise; 6) analyze the assets of the enterprise; 7) to analyze the financial results of the enterprise; 8) substantiate the financial strategy of enterprise development. Research methods: The obtained results and their novelty: 1) the mechanism of financial strategy management of Nova Poshta LLC was improved; 2) developed a methodology for analyzing financial results and their features, taking into account the type of financial strategy. The urgency of the topic is due to the need to improve the management system of economic growth of economic entities based on the concept of enterprise development strategy, compliance with which allows organizations to be successful and competitive. Research in the work of the issues of selection of key performance indicators, substantiation of their target values, as well as approaches to analysis and their evaluation determine the relevance of the research topic. In 6 such conditions, the role of such an instrument for ensuring effective development as a financial strategy is significantly growing. To better understand the role of financial strategy in improving the efficiency of the enterprise, as well as to build the process of developing a financial strategy, it is necessary to clarify the essence of the concept of "financial strategy".
