Аналіз внутрішніх і зовнішніх факторів, які впливають на фінансову стійкість АТ «Мотор Січ»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 103 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 23 таблиці, 19 рисунків, 1 додаток. Перелік посилань включає 73 джерела, з них 5 іноземною мовою.Об'єктом дослідження для даної роботи виступає фінансова стійкість АТ «Мор Січ». Предметом дослідження є внутрішні і зовнішні фактори, які впливають на фінансову стійкість підприємства. Метою роботи є подальший розвиток теоретичних положень та удосконалення методичних і практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення фінансової стійкості авіаційного підприємства. Завдання: 1) аналіз літературних даних щодо факторів впливу на фінансову стійкість підприємства; 2) оцінка фінансового стану АТ «Мотор Січ»; 3) підбір найбільш ефективних факторів підвищення фінансової стійкості підприємства. Методи досліджень: діалектичний метод пізнання, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, методи дедукції та індукції, аналізу та синтезу, метод математичного моделювання. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) визначено оптимальні напрями підвищення фінансової стійкості підприємства на даному етапі розвитку; 2) розроблено рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності управління фінансовим станом підприємства. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Запропоновані методичні рекомендації можуть бути використані на досліджуваному підприємстві як методичне забезпечення для оцінки фінансової стійкості підприємства та як консультаційні та інформаційні матеріали.

EN : The work is presented on 103 pages of printed text, contains 23 tables, 19 figures, 1 annex. The list of referеnces includes 73 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of study is the financial stability of the aviation company. The purpose of qualification work is the further development of theoretical provisions and improvement of methodological and practical recommendations for increasing the financial stability of the aviation enterprise. Tasks: 1) analysis of the concept of financial stability of the enterprise based on the opinions of famous scientists; 2) analysis of approaches to defining the concept of financial stability; 3) analysis of factors influencing the financial stability of the aviation enterprise; 4) analysis of organizational and economic characteristics of the Joint Stock Company "Motor Sich"; 5) analysis of the financial condition of the enterprise; 6) assessment of financial stability and liquidity of the enterprise. Methods of research: a systematic approach to the study of economic events and processes. During research performance scientific methods of cognition were used: methods of induction and deduction, terminological analysis and comparison, calculation methods, theoretical generalization; cause-effect relationship methods, abstract-logical method and method of mathematical modelling. The results obtained and their novelty: 1) the algorithm of an estimation and definition of type of financial stability of the enterprise for acceptance of administrative decisions is developed; 2) assessment of the financial stability of Motor Sich; 3) recommendations for further increase of financial stability of Motor Sich were provided. Information base – legislative acts, normative-legal documents, modern publications, works of well-known economists and financiers who addressed the issue of managing the financial stability of enterprises. The methodological basis consists of methods of system, structural, factor and comparative analysis. The practical significance of this work, conclusions, research and proposed methodological recommendations can be used in the researched enterprise as a methodological support for assessing the financial stability of the enterprise and as consulting and information materials of the head of the enterprise.
