Оцінка фінансового потенціалу ПАТ «Крюковський вагонобудівний завод» та підвищення ефективності його діяльності

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 98 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 20 таблиць, 17 рисунків, 4 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 71 джерело, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є сукупність процесів організації, планування, контролю і використання фінансового потенціалу підприємства. Предметом дослідження є процес управління ефективністю використання фінансового потенціалу ПАТ «Крюковський вагонобудівний завод». Метою роботи є обґрунтування теоретико-методичних положень та практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення процесу управління ефективністю використання фінансового потенціалу підприємства. Завдання: 1) аналіз літературних даних щодо економічну сутність фінансового потенціалу підприємства, методичних підходів та механізмів для оцінки фінансового потенціалу; 2) оцінка фінансового стану, діагностику стану управління використанням фінансового потенціалу ПАТ «Крюковський вагонобудівний завод»; 3) обґрунтувати напрями підвищення ефективності управління використанням фінансового потенціалу ПАТ «Крюковський вагонобудівний завод». Методи досліджень: прийоми аналiзу i синтезу, порiвняльний i економiчний аналiз, графiчний метод, статистичний, описовий та зведення. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) представлені напрями підвищення ефективності управління використанням фінансового потенціалу; 2) сформульований механізм нарощування фінансового потенціалу підприємства. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Пропозиції щодо підвищення ефективності управління використанням фінансового потенціалу ПАТ «Крюковський вагонобудівний завод».

EN : The work is presented on 98 pages of printed text, contains 20 tables, 17 figures, 4 annex. The list of referеnces includes 71 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of research is a set of processes of organization, planning, control and use of financial potential of the enterprise. The subject of the research is the process of managing the efficiency of using the financial potential of PC "Kryukovsky Car-Building Plant". The purpose of the work is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for improving the process of managing the efficiency of the financial potential of the enterprise. Tasks: 1) analysis of literature data on the economic essence of the financial potential of the enterprise, methodological approaches and mechanisms for assessing the financial potential; 2) assessment of the financial condition, diagnostics of the state of management of the use of the financial potential of PC "Kryukovsky Car-Building Plant"; 3) to substantiate the directions of increase of efficiency of management of use of financial potential of PC "Kryukovsky car-building plant". For analytical research and development proposals used: methods of the analysis and synthesis, statistical method and graphic analysis, descriptive method, method settlement and analytical, ranks of dynamics and comparative, method of the taxonomical analysis; method of the logical analysis and system. The obtained results and their novelty: 1) the directions of increase of efficiency of management of use of financial potential are presented; 2) the mechanism of increasing the financial potential of the enterprise is formulated. The practical significance of the results. Proposals to increase the efficiency of managing the use of financial potential of PC "Kryukovsky Car-Building Plant". The results of the study are aimed at assessing and improving the management system of financial potential of the industrial enterprise PC "Kryukovsky Car-Building Plant" and can be applied in the practice of other enterprises. Recommendations on the organization of financial potential management are offered and the management mechanism is formed.
