Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 102 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 15 таблиць, 12 рисунків, 3 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 70 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження виступає процес діагностики фінансового потенціалу підприємства. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, методичні та практичні питання діагностики фінансового потенціалу ПАТ «Укрнафта». Метою роботи є опрацювання теоретичних і методичних питань, а також розробка практичних пропозицій щодо розвитку підходів до діагностики фінансового потенціалу ПАТ «Укрнафта». Завдання: уточнити економічний зміст, а також визначити компоненти фінансового потенціалу підприємства; дослідити механізм управління фінансовим потенціалом підприємства; визначити особливості діагностики фінансового потенціалу підприємства; вивчити організаційно-економічні аспекти функціонування ПАТ «Укрнафта» та проаналізувати його фінансовий стан; провести діагностику фінансового потенціалу; виявити основні проблеми щодо фінансового потенціалу ПАТ «Укрнафта» і запропонувати заходи з їх усунення; дослідити сучасні підходи до діагностики фінансового потенціалу. Новизна результатів: набуло подальшого розвиту визначення фінансового потенціалу підприємства; вдосконалений механізм управління фінансовим потенціалом підприємства. Практичне значення мають результати щодо обґрунтування напрямів підвищення фінансового потенціалу ПАТ «Укрнафта» та подолання основних проблем, що негативно впливають на фінансовий потенціал підприємства.

The object of research is the process of diagnosing the financial potential of the enterprise. The subject of research is theoretical, methodological and practical issues of diagnostics of financial potential of PJSC "Ukrnafta". The purpose of the work is to develop theoretical and methodological issues, as well as to develop practical proposals for the development of approaches to the diagnosis of the financial potential of PJSC "Ukrnafta". Tasks: to clarify the economic content, as well as to determine the components of the financial potential of the enterprise; to study the mechanism of managing the financial potential of the enterprise; to determine the features of diagnostics of the financial potential of the enterprise; to study the organizational and economic aspects of the functioning of PJSC "Ukrnafta" and analyze its financial condition; to diagnose financial potential; identify the main problems regarding the financial potential of PJSC "Ukrnafta" and propose measures to eliminate them; explore modern approaches to the diagnosis of financial potential. Scientific novelty of the obtained results: – further developed the definition of financial potential of the enterprise as a complex characteristic of the management system of its economic activity, which is expressed in the ability to form the required amount of financial resources from different sources, their efficient allocation and use to ensure tactical and strategic goals of future sustainable development. risk; – improved mechanism for managing the financial potential of the enterprise: covers the most important components (including organizational, human resources, innovation, security and forecasting, information, risk management, financial and economic); involves the relationship of functions, principles, methods of ensuring the results of the diagnosis of financial potential; which takes into account the influence of external and internal factors. Of practical importance are the results of substantiating the directions of increasing the financial potential of PJSC "Ukrnafta" and overcoming the main problems that negatively affect the financial potential of the enterprise.
