Покращення фінансового стану ПрАТ «Електрометалургійний завод «Дніпроспецсталь» ім. А. М. Кузьміна» на основі оптимізації структури капіталу

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 132 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 30 таблиць, 12 рисунків, 8 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 77 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси оптимізації структури капіталу підприємства ПрАТ «Електрометалургійний завод «Дніпроспецсталь» ім. А.М. Кузьміна». Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних засад та прикладних проблем, пов’язаних із організацією процесу оптимізації структури капіталу підприємства з метою покращення його фінансового стану. Метою роботи є аналіз теоретико-методичних та організаційних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності управління та оптимізації структури капіталу підприємства. Завдання: 1) визначити сутність та значення капіталу підприємства; 2) провести аналіз економічних показників діяльності підприємства; 3) здійснити оцінку показників ефективності використання власного та позикового капіталу підприємства; 4) розробити заходи щодо оптимізації структури капіталу та підвищення ефективності його управління. Методи досліджень: діалектичний метод пізнання, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, методи дедукції та індукції, аналізу та синтезу, логічний метод. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) розроблено рекомендації щодо оптимізації механізму управління заборгованостями підприємства; 2) оптимізації структури капіталу з використанням механізму фінансового левериджу; 3) оптимізації структури капіталу підприємства за критеріями мінімізації його вартості та рівня фінансових ризиків. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Пропозиції щодо оптимізації структури капіталу підприємства можуть бути використані в його практичній діяльності.

EN : The work is presented on 132 pages of printed text, contains 30 tables, 12 figures, 8 annex. The list of referеnces includes 77 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of study is processes of optimization of the capital structure of the enterprise PJSC «Electrometallurgical Plant «Dniprospetsstal» by A.M. Kuzmin». The subject of the study is a set of theoretical principles and applied problems related to the organization of the process of optimizing the capital structure of the enterprise in order to improve its financial condition. The purpose of qualification work is analysis of theoretical and methodological and organizational provisions and development of practical recommendations for improving the efficiency of management and optimization of the capital structure of the enterprise. Tasks: 1) determine the nature and significance of the capital of the enterprise; 2) to analyze the economic performance of the enterprise; 3) to assess the efficiency of use of equity and debt capital of the enterprise; 4) develop measures to optimize the capital structure and increase the efficiency of its management. Methods of research: a systematic approach to the study of economic events and processes. During research performance scientific methods of cognition were used: methods of induction and deduction, terminological analysis and comparison, calculation methods, theoretical generalization; cause-effect relationship methods, abstract-logical method and logical method. The results obtained and their novelty: 1) developed recommendations for optimizing the mechanism of debt management of the enterprise; 2) developed recommendations for optimizing the capital structure using the mechanism of financial leverage; 3) developed recommendations for optimizing the capital structure of the enterprise according to the criteria of minimizing its value and level of financial risks. The results of research are proposals for the organization suggestions for optimizing the capital structure of the enterprise PJSC «Electrometallurgical Plant «Dniprospetsstal» by A.M.
