Фізична терапія як засіб відновлення функціональної активності жінок з наслідками мозкового інсульту

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 67 сторінок, 10 таблиць, 2 рисунків, 63 літературних джерела. Об’єкт дослідження – рухова функція верхньої кінцівки та функціональна незалежність пацієнтів з постінсультними парезами у гострому періоді ішемічного інсульту. Мета дослідження – оцінити ефективність комплексної реабілітації із застосуванням дзеркальної терапії у відновленні функції верхньої кінцівки пацієнтів у гострому періоді ішемічного інсульту. Методи дослідження – теоретичний аналіз науково-методичної літератури, аналіз медичної документації, тест ARAT для оцінки рухової функції верхньої кінцівки, шкала для оцінки функціональної незалежності хворого у побуті (Functional Independence Measure, FIM), методи математичної статистики. Показано, що для хворих у гострому періоді ішемічного інсульту характерним є зниження показників рухової функції верхньої кінцівки за тестом ARAT до 35,46±2,41, рівня функціональної незалежності за шкалою FIM до 85,96±3,01 балів, що відповідає дефіциту рухової активності середнього ступеню та свідчить про необхідність допомоги при виконанні окремих рухових дій. Доведено, що застосування в системі реабілітації хворих з постінсультними парезами занять дзеркальною терапією сприяло більш значному відновленню рухової функції паретичної руки та функціональної незалежності хворих у повсякденному житті.

Object of study – the motor function of the upper limb and the functional independence of patients with post-stroke paresis in the acute period of ischemic stroke. Purpose of study – to evaluate the effectiveness of complex rehabilitation, including mirror therapy, in restoring the function of the upper limb of patients in the acute period of ischemic stroke. Research methods ‒ theoretical analysis of scientific and methodological literature, analysis of medical documentation, ARAT (Action Research Arm Test) test for evaluation of motor function of the upper limb, scale of FIM (Functional Independence Measure) to assess the functional independence of the patient in everyday life, methods of mathematical statistics. It was shown that for patients with an early recovery period of ischemic stroke, the decrease of the motor function of the upper extremity by the ARAT test was 34.46 ± 1.37, the level of functional independence on the FIM scale was 91.96 ± 2.11 points, which corresponds to the deficit The average activity of the motor shows the need for assistance in the performance of individual motor activities. It was proved that application in the system of rehabilitation of patients with post-cardiac paresis occupations with mirror therapy contributed to a more significant restoration of the motor function of the paratic arm and the functional independence of patients in everyday life. The technology of mirror therapy allows using the technique both in the hospital and in the patient's own home.
