Оптимізація публічно-управлінських комунікацій у сфері юстиції

Abstract

UA : Мета дослідження: полягає у виявленні та дослідженні особливостей оптимізації публічно-управлінських комунікацій у сфері юстиції. Об’єкт дослідження: публічно-управлінські комунікацій у сфері юстиції. Предмет дослідження: особливості, шляхи та форми оптимізації публічно-управлінських комунікацій у сфері юстиції. Методи дослідження: аналіз, узагальнення, індукція та дедукція. Гіпотеза: удосконалення зв’язку органів влади та громадян, за рахунок проведення інформаційної політики Міністерством юстиції України з використанням сучасних інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій. Висновки: 1. Вивчення проблеми дослідження оптимізації публічно- управлінських комунікацій у сфері юстиції загалом не проводилося, а комунікаційні процеси в органах юстиції можливо розглядати у паралелі з дослідженнями суспільних комунікацій у галузях економіки, соціології, масової комунікації, тому важливим кроком у налагодженні оптимізації публічно- управлінських комунікацій у сфері юстиції є переосмислення ряду теоретичних положень комунікативних процесів та вдосконалення правового регулювання. 2. На сучасному етапі розвитку державного управління з розвитком інформаційних технологій, потрібно оцифрувати багато послуг, оновити законодавчу базу, упорядкувати роботу держреєстрів забезпечити технологічні можливості та захист даних. 3. Міністерство юстиції України повинно забезпечувати належний рівень організації комунікацій органів виконавчої влади та має сприяти забезпеченню поінформованості громадськості про цілі, напрями, методи та інструменти політики.

EN : Objective of the research: is to identify and study the features of optimization of public administration communications in the field of justice. Object of the research: public administration communications in the field of justice. Subject of the research: features, ways and forms of optimization of public administration communications in the field of justice. Methods of the research: analysis, generalization, induction and deduction. Hypothesis: improving the connection between the authorities and citizens, through the information policy by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine with the use of modern information and communication technologies. Conclusions: 1. The study of the problem of optimization of public administration communications in the field of justice was not conducted at all, and communication processes in judicial authorities can be considered in parallel with the study of public communication in the fields of economics, sociology, mass communication, therefore, an important step in establishing the optimization of public administration communication in the field of justice is to rethink a number of theoretical provisions of communication processes and improve legal regulation. 2. At the current stage of development of public administration with the development of information technology, it is necessary to digitize many services, update the legal framework, streamline the work of state registers, provide technological capabilities and data protection. 3. The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine should ensure the proper level of organization of communication of executive bodies and should promote public awareness of the goals, directions, methods and tools of policy.
