Мета дослідження полягає в теоретичному обґрунтуванні та експериментальній перевірці педагогічних умов, засобів і методики формування вольових якостей у курсантів військово-юридичного інституту в процесі занять фізичною культурою. Об’єкт дослідження: процес формування вольових якостей у курсантів військово-юридичного інституту. Предмет дослідження: педагогічні засоби і методика формування вольових якостей курсантів військово-юридичного інституту в процесі занять фізичною культурою. У роботі вивчено стан проблеми формування вольових якостей особистості в психолого-педагогічній літературі та освітній практиці; визначено діагностичні засоби і критерії оцінювання вольових якостей курсантів у процесі занять фізичною культурою; досліджено динаміку й особливості взаємозв’язку вольових і фізичних якостей у курсантів військово-юридичного інституту; розроблено та експериментально перевірено педагогічні умови, засоби і методику виховання вольових якостей курсантів у процесі занять фізичною культурою. Практичне значення дослідження полягає в розробці науково обґрунтованих рекомендацій щодо формування вольових якостей курсантів військово-юридичного інституту в процесі занять фізичною культурою. Розроблені комплекси фізичних вправ та методичні прийоми, спрямовані на формування вольових якостей курсантів, можуть бути застосовані викладачами закладів вищої освіти.

The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the pedagogical conditions, tools and methods of forming volitional qualities in cadets of the Military Law Institute in the process of physical education. Object of research: the process of formation of volitional qualities in cadets of the Military Law Institute. Subject of research: pedagogical means and methods of forming the volitional qualities of cadets of the Military Law Institute in the process of physical education. The state of the problem of formation of volitional qualities of personality in psychological and pedagogical literature and educational practice is studied in the work; identified diagnostic tools and criteria for assessing the volitional qualities of cadets in the process of physical education; the dynamics and peculiarities of the relationship between volitional and physical qualities in cadets of the Military Law Institute are studied; developed and experimentally tested pedagogical conditions, tools and methods of education of volitional qualities of cadets in the process of physical education. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of scientifically sound recommendations for the formation of volitional qualities of cadets of the Military Law Institute in the process of physical education. Developed sets of physical exercises and techniques aimed at forming the volitional qualities of cadets can be used by teachers of higher education.
