Формування гендерної культури студентів факультету фізичного виховання в умовах закладу вищої освіти

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження – процес формування ґендерної культури студентів факультету фізичного виховання в умовах закладу вищої освіти. Предмет дослідження: педагогічні умови формування ґендерної культури студентів факультету фізичного виховання. Мета дослідження: дослідити особливості педагогічних умов, що сприяють ефективності формування ґендерної культури студентів факультету фізичного виховання – майбутніх тренерів. У роботі проведено аналіз проблеми дослідження в контексті ґендерного підходу та визначено ступінь її розробки в історії педагогіки та спорту; змістовно розроблено та обґрунтовано педагогічні умови, що забезпечують ефективність формування ґендерної культури майбутніх тренерів; проведено педагогічну діагностику рівня ґендерних компетентностей студентів факультету фізичного виховання; здійснено аналіз та виявлено ефективність засобів та методів формування ґендерної культури майбутніх тренерів. Практичне значення роботи полягає в тому, що висновки, матеріали та рекомендації можуть бути використані при вдосконаленні методів навчання та виховання у професійній діяльності майбутніх тренерів.

The object of research is the process of forming the gender culture of students of the Faculty of Physical Education in a higher education institution. Subject of research: pedagogical conditions of formation of gender culture of students of the faculty of physical education. The purpose of the study: to investigate the features of pedagogical conditions that contribute to the effectiveness of the formation of gender culture of students of the Faculty of Physical Education - future coaches. The paper analyzes the research problem in the context of the gender approach and determines the degree of its development in the history of pedagogy and sports; the pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of the formation of the gender culture of future coaches are meaningfully developed and substantiated; pedagogical diagnostics of the level of gender competencies of students of the Faculty of Physical Education was carried out; the analysis and efficiency of means and methods of formation of gender culture of future trainers is revealed. The practical significance of the work is that the conclusions, materials and recommendations can be used to improve methods of teaching and education in the professional activities of future coaches.
