UA : У статті наданий огляд сучасних поглядів на формування та трансформацію ціннісних орієнтацій молоді у кризовому світі, аналіз основних рис та тенденцій розвитку сучасного суспільства. Визначаються основні напрямки розвитку ціннісних орієнтацій української молоді та сучасного українського суспільства, а також характеристика психологічного стану українського суспільства та шляхи його поліпшення. RU : В статье представлен обзор современных взглядов на формирование и трансформацию ценностных ориентаций молодежи в кризисном мире, анализ основных черт и тенденций развития современного общества. Определены основные направления развития ценностных ориентаций украинской молодежи и современного украинского общества, а также дана характеристика психологического состояния украинского общества и пути его улучшения.

EN : The overview of current thinking of the formation and transformation of value orientations of young people in the world of crisis are provided in the article, the analysis of the main features and trends of modern society is shown. The basic directions of value orientations development of Ukrainian youth and modern Ukrainian society as well as the characteristic of the psychological state of the Ukrainian society and ways of its improvement are decided. The problem is that classical culture begins to lose its value and attractiveness. Today there is a tendency to further dehumanization and demoralization of social and cultural values. This trend is evident in the increased interest of young people to scenes of violence and sex, violence in film, television, theater, music, literature and art. This confirms the importance of the educational mission of teaching process, the most important part of which belongs to the high school, because during this period the core values are being formed, which correlate the young people with the surrounding society. The current crisis in the stage of transformation of society is at the bifurcation point regarding the formation of values, as it requires changing perceptions of man's place in the modern world, its role and relationship with the world. Only the person is the driving force of modern society, its architect and creator. Depending on the public way choice of implementation of creative and spiritual potential of today's youth, or preventing its development, means that society will be in the progressive movement to harmonize social relations, or it will be in the state of regression and selfdestruction.
