Проект автоматизації муфельної нагрівальної печі штовхаючого типу в умовах цеху №4 ПрАТ «Укрграфіт» Система автоматичного регулювання температури у робочому просторі

Abstract

UA : Метою роботи є розробка системи автоматизації муфельної нагрівальної печі штовхаючого типу. У загальній частині дана характеристика підприємства ПрАТ «Укрграфіт», а також описаний технологічний процес обробки графітових виробів. Розглянуто існуючий рівень автоматизації і сформульовано завдання на проектування системи управління технологічним процесом. У спеціальній частині розроблена функціональна схема автоматизації, вибрані технічні засоби автоматизації, приведені основні розрахунки. Розрахована принципова електрична схема, принципова електрична схема живлення, монтажна комутаційна схема, схема зовнішніх з’єднань і спроектовано щит КВПіА. Виконана проектна оцінка надійності САР. У розділі охорони праці проведений аналіз небезпечних та шкідливих факторів на території ПрАТ «Укрграфіт», розроблені заходи щодо їх запобігання. В економічній і організаційній частині проведений розрахунок необхідної кількості робочого і обслуговуючого персоналу. Виконано розрахунок собівартості і економічного ефекту від впровадження системи автоматизації.

EN : The aim of the work is to develop a system of automation of a muffle heating furnace of the pushing type. In the general part the characteristic of the enterprise of PJSC "Ukrgrafit" is given, and also the technological process of processing of graphite products is described. The existing level of automation is considered and the tasks for designing the process control system are formulated. In the special part the functional scheme of automation is developed, technical means of automation are chosen, the basic calculations are resulted. The basic electric scheme, the basic electric scheme of power supply, the assembly switching scheme, the scheme of external connections are calculated and the control and measuring devices are designed. The design assessment of the reliability of the automatic control system has been performed. In the section of labor protection the analysis of dangerous and harmful factors on the territory of PJSC "Ukrgrafit" is carried out, measures for their prevention are developed. In the economic and organizational part, the calculation of the required number of workers and service personnel. The calculation of the cost and economic effect of the implementation of the automation system is performed.
