Особливості технології виробництва інструментальної штампової сталі

Abstract

UA : Надано характеристику інструментальної сталі марки Х12МФ, приведено її фізико-механічні властивості та вплив на них легуючих елементів. Приведено аналіз методів виплавки інструментальних сталей. Описано конструкцію металургійних агрегатів для виплавки, розливки та обробки інструментальних сталей. Приведено апаратурно-технологічну схему виробництва інструментальної сталі марки Х12МФ та описано її технологію виплавки з повним окисленням в дуговій сталеплавильній печі ємністю 50 тонн. Приведено дослідження впливу інокуляторів на розпорошення литої структури сталі Х12МФ.

EN : The characteristic of tool steel of the Х12МФ brand is given, its physical and mechanical properties and influence of alloying elements on them are resulted. The analysis of methods of smelting of tool steels is resulted. The design of metallurgical units for smelting, casting and processing of tool steels is described. The hardware-technological scheme of production of tool steel of the Х12МФ brand is resulted and its technology of smelting with full oxidation in electric arc furnace with a capacity of 50 tons is described. A study of the effect of inoculators on the spraying of cast steel structure Х12МФ is presented.
